Good location. I paid 4 breakfast at booking. I was told I had 2 pay again for breakfast the next morning. My kids ate free. I passed on paying twice! Breakfast issue!

Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and quiet, for the most part. The cost was great for a last-minute booking. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent for access to restaurants and the airport. The carpet was dirty and there weren't enough washcloths for the two of us. Luckily, I travel with my own. The ceiling of the bathroom had the beginnings of mold because there was no vent available in the bathroom.

The location and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was too expensive, so we opted out. They messed up how we desired to pay (wanted to split the final bill between 2 charge cards). The printer was down in the morning at checkout, so I did not receive a final view of the bill. They told me I would get an email about checkout, but all I got was a request for a review.

The location The staff entered my room when I had the do not disturb tag on the door

I will never stay here again…. It was 3 of us in a room only had clean towels for 2. Carpet needs to be taken up and redone. Toilet barely flushed. A/C unit still attached to the walls and were dirty even though it’s a wall unit. And let’s not forget the room smelled like piss especially the living room area.

Staff was great and professional. The room was very clean. The only thing is the hotel did not have bottled water in stock. When they heard my complain about it they stocked the concession area the next day. It is located away from the busy streets and in an area of food places and near the freeway.
