New place. Room was spotless. Staff were helpful. Convenient mini market downstairs. Laundry room and gym available as well. Loved my stay and the cleanliness of the place and area.

The room was clean. For the price a good value. This is definitely a drop in spot. Need better pillows but can’t really complain it served its purpose

It's still pretty new, 4 months open from what I was told. Everything works, everything is clean, and the staff seem to actually like working there. You could still smell the "new" when we opened our room door. Convenient location 😊

The hotel was new and nice but the air conditioner leaked and took a day to get it fixed.

The room is perfect. It’s a nice size. It accommodate all my needs.
-
The room we were given was still dirty from the time night before. Dirty linen. Trash everywhere.

Really nice property, fairly clean, we were in town for only 4 days never received room service, new towels or sheets at least on the second day a new set of sheets and towels would’ve been nice. Staff were helpful but never again.

Elevator wasn't working for 1st 3 days, not convenient. Key card kept deactivating. Couple had key card access to my room, walked in on me, loud baby crying and I made my own bed the whole week I stayed. It could've been better but front desk employees were very helpful.

Only negative was the dryers not fully drying our clothes. The property was clean and quiet. Free parking is a definite plus. We'll be staying here again.

At time of check-in I was given a dirty room and had to come back to the front desk to obtain a new room. At time of arrival I also encountered another guess complaining of water bugs in her room. New building, but it seems that it is not ready to support guest.

Beautiful facility, brand new. I love having a kitchenette either two stovetop cookers. Very well stocked with pots, dishes, cubs, silverware. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent value

My stay hasnt been the best. The counter top in the kitchen had red juice on it. We had 1 coffee cup, no hand soap, dishwashing liquid. Had to ask for it at front desk. The toilet it self was the worse it’s literally sticking out the ground every time we sit down to use the bathroom it makes a loud boom noise you can literally see it rise every time we use it. I told the guy at the front desk he said he don’t know anything about it. They will have to check it later. The room was half clean before I checked in. I asked the guy at the desk for an extra wash cloth and towel because it’s me and my 2 kids and he act like it was a problem and didn’t want to give it. I explained to him we only have two of each and it’s three of us. Room also has a funny smell. My last issue right before I’m writing this a lady has two big dogs that took outside and just left them to roam by themselves as she’s inside talking to the front desk. My kids and I tried to sit outside & her dog started coming towards us. We started making our way back in sat at the table her dogs try to come in the lobby and she tells it to go away. All dogs are supposed to be with their owner and on the leash not just roaming by themselves and the guy at the front desk just watching talking with her about check in and didn’t tell her she can’t just leave her dogs outside like that. It’s very inconvenient when you can’t even enjoy your stay. I asked for an extra sheet I was told housekeeping would bring it never got it.
