Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Fairfield (Stockbridge) the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was top tier. The beds are very comfortable!! The staff was extremely accommodating and polite. Parking was perfect and the location is accessible to a lot of food and shopping businesses. I feel that the breakfast could’ve had a few more options but we were satisfied with what was offered. We will absolutely be returning.

Booked this online, the staff completely denied us at the front desk because no one had a physical card. We had to book this last minute and through apple pay, we even had the exact card used to purchase it in Apple Pay along with the numbers but apparently that wouldn’t suffice. We had to struggle to find another hotel and go through an entire process to get it refunded
