I honestly didn’t have any major complaints. If anything, I would have loved to stay a little longer and take advantage of more of the amenities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Upon our arrival for check-in, we discovered that the hotel's computer system was down. I feared we were in for a rough experience. Kimberly was the only staff member at the front desk, managing a stressful situation as multiple guests were trying to access their rooms. Despite the chaos, she maintained her composure, professionalism, and courtesy while navigating this challenge that was beyond her control. I must commend her for making our experience smooth and accommodating our family's request for adjacent rooms. She took the time to personally verify that each room was unoccupied before finalizing our check-in. Our stay turned out to be wonderful, and I believe she deserves recognition for her exceptional service. The following morning, we were greeted with the same excellent service from both the front desk and breakfast staff. I would certainly choose to stay here again.
