stop using Hotels.com, unable to reach anyone by phone based on confirmation email for the Hotel.

Coffee in room, great pillows and towels Handicap room requested but no rails for support in shower, very dangers, no hand towels, load door noise near room.

First arrived to a weed smelling lobby with a bass booming. There was a security guard manning the door. There was a birthday party with pretty R rated music playing upstairs but flowing through the whole lobby. Lucky our room was in another building. When entering building C it had a major weed smell also. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very nice. The bathroom was clean. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. It made noise but no ice. The parking lot just where I parked had lots of trash including blunt wrappers and magnum condom packaging. Won’t be back.

Good breakfast, good location

We were there for a tournament and we actually ran into somebody who had stayed there prior. They said when they checked in there had just been a shooting in the parking lot. They canceled and went somewhere else. Dont do it!

We had booked at another hotel in Lodi but after having issues we cancelled our reservation and moved to this hotel where we were welcomed in by both desk clerks. Both ladies were very helpful and talked to us like we were humans unlike the previous hotel. They chit chatted with us through our check in making it a breeze to check in and actually walked and showed us where our room was. 1st night was perfect. 2nd night hotel seemed to fill up and we had really noisy neighbors until 4 am. It was a Saturday night so I guess it’s to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

It was convenient for work and the staff were very helpful. I had to go up a couple of floors for ice and snacks. The breakfast was fresh and hot.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator.. Staff was nice.. Shampoo, conditioner n hand soap is in a fixed dispenser. Very nice all around... Cleaning staff is loud, and doesn't speak English..

The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. The meal selection was good.The air conditioning worked very well. I was able to park my car right outside the window of my room. I would have liked more towels. We were three altogether, so one more large towel would have been nice.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Stockton. Free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, clean room, and ice cold AC. Affordable stay, highly recommend.

I've never left them a bad review before but this time was ridiculous!
