Only complaint was the Sleeper sofa .. Super uncomfortable

Best western did not accept my guests and you still charged me in my credit card . Pls reverse the charge because my guests did not stay in the hotel the front desk said it’s not paid yet but i did give you my credit card info prior to booking .Thank you.

Everything is great with this Stockton location. There were minor issues, but the staff addressed them. Great place to stay. Been there several times. Each time 4+ stars or more.

Metal barred gates , trashy parking lot, placement in a handicap equipped room with low countertops, and the list goes on.
