Location It smelled like smoke and chemicals. The smoke detector lights were flashing all night and gave me a headache. Lights would glow up the bed blankets and kept me awake. I had to put a small face towel over my eyes. The neighboring rooms' toilet flushing was loud and long. There was some weird motor vibration noise on and off in the ceiling all night. The AC noise on and off all night. The microwave click was in line of sight glowing ... so had to cover. The light at the bar/sink area glowed green ... had to block it. The walls were thin and every noise was heard in the walls between rooms and on hall way. Every door on the hall slams shut. . To top it off I heard the neighbors doing their thing all morning !!!

Clean and newer.

This normally a great hotel but is currently doing a remodel with everything in temporary locations. I will be back next year and see the finished product.

If I had known ahead of time, I would have been aware and more patient.

Fitness center was under repair and unable to use. This was not mentioned on the site before booking. Fridge did not work so great, only one side of the elevator was working and there were no clean towels to use.

The location This hotel is under construction, one elevator is broken and you have to wait for the construction workers as they us the operating elevator

In general the outside was dirty walking around the outside area. No street light or crosswalk to cross street.

The water pressure sucked. There was no hot water and the TV did not work. There was a stain on the sheets and in the bathroom there was hair all over.

Early check in and parking room was clean. Remodeling was going on which we didn’t know about until check in and it continued past the time it was supposed to stop. We went down for coffee in lobby and had to pay. Breakfast was all cold. The TV wasn’t working properly either and one elevator was out of order. Very poor experience for a Hilton Hotel
