Bed was nice. Pillows were comfortable. I didn’t realize construction was happening and one of the two elevators was not operable. The usable one was very slow. The market stocked overpriced snack items. The room refrigerator did not cool items. There were no amenities in the bathroom but the shower was nice. Tv was nice. Air conditioning was ok. The main problem was that the couple in the room next to ours were very loud and sounded like they had been drinking. Almost thought law enforcement would have to be called as loud cursing voices were heard and I didn’t want anyone to be hurt. They finally stopped talking loudly at 130am. They woke up at 7am and could be heard talking loudly once again. For the price of the room I expected more. Will not book again.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a hotel after paying a premium to stay here. The elevators were out of order the whole time. The maid didn’t clean my room. The website did not state there was construction going on in the lobby when I reserved the room. I have back problems but I felt obligated to help an older woman with a large bag who was struggling to get it down four flights of stairs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It’s the worst! Management didn’t seem to care much.

Rooms were newly remodeled and okay clean not the best. Executive lounge was under construction and we didn’t get a credit for breakfast even though we had booked that way. There were no pool towels available.

It was an amazing Stay room service and breakfast was awesome.

My go to hotel in Stockton, by far the best in the area.

Nice stay

Coffee bar needs longer hours. Need additional towels & shower dispensers empty…not good. Don’t want to go searching or ask for room items that should be there after a long day of travel

The Starbucks coffee bar never opened and staff could not give us an update. I count on that being open so why wasn’t it and why no info on it. The beds in our room were the worst I have ever experienced. The mattress too soft, comforter too heavy, pillows too huge, sheets scratchy. The bathroom however was beautiful although the electrical outlet was so close to the adjoining wall that I could not bet my nightlight into it which was unsettling as the bathroom was very dark and I count on that light for my night time visits.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice, but there are some things that should be improved given its price. For one, they have 2 elevators but one of them has been out of service for 8 months! They had a sign they are making improvements but 8 months?! Get ready to wait every time you leave your room or want to come back. Also, while our room looked clean, there was one section of the floor by our entryway that was very sticky when we arrived. Even though they refreshed our room and made our beds nicely the next day, the sticky floor wasn’t addressed.

We would stay again, close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to highway.
