Courtyard by Marriott Stockton

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Would like more food choices than just Starbucks, but all in all, I would definitely stay again.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. The only option was an overpriced coffee shop that’s branded like Starbucks but isn’t actually a Starbucks. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t even offer a complimentary cup of regular coffee, which is something many hotels provide. The staff experience was mixed. The gentleman working the evening front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the employee at the front desk in the morning was not friendly and made us feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. The hotel has some nice amenities, but better customer service in the mornings and at least complimentary coffee would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

The bistro was really really good great breakfast and service from the girls there. Front desk was very helpful buttttt the complaint I have was right when I was packing up my stuff to leave I went to the bathroom when I finished I flushed the toilet. 1 min later it was bubbling up out of the drain from the shower. Whole room smelt horrible. Glad I was leaving after that. Other than that nice quiet place and great staff.

the WiFi logon procedure was cryptic and confusing. It required a call to the front desk and tech support to get through it. But after this problem, it worked fine.

5stars coming again soon.

Staff were very nice. Bar with food available was a big plus for evening food and drinks.

Location 1. Air conditioner was very noisy when turned on. Had to turn off. Front desk and or maintenance had to be aware of condition. 2. The facility stairway hydraulic door closer(s) on the West side need repair/replacement. Hotel guests who use third party websites to r.s.v.p are placed nearest the doors. 3. West end stair way carpets are dirty.

Solid Hotel with a friendly staff

The rooms were not clean. Also we had huge items stolen from our truck which was parked right at the entrance. When I called to let them know about the theft the staff was horrible and did not care one bit. We stay at Marriotts all over and this place was the worst
