Room was very clean. Staff was nice and very helpful.

Stay America Suites was a good value for one night. It was clean and the staf was friendly. It has a small kitchenette. You can request kitchen essentials if planning on cooking. They provide a coffee maker and toaster if needed. Microwave and refrigerator is in the kitvhenette. The provide dish soap and kitchen rags and towels but there was no pot mit. Location is good. There are plenty of places to eat out if that's your choice. Freeway is close by. So, I really appreciated the location. It's not fancy but it's decent. They also let me check in early since I contacted them that I needed to check in before their check in time. That was so appreciated since I wouldn't have been able to check in until early evening like 8:30 pm. When I went to wipe a burner after cooking , the rag got sooty. And, smh...a huge outside roach was running across the carpet. I assume it came through an open window because there are no screens on the windows. I was on the second floor

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast offered was pretty much non-existent which consisted of a muffin and coffee. I was invited to have breakfast at the Best Western where my relatives stayed and they offered a full hot breakfast menu. The breakfast could have been better.

Well it’s not what it used to be, it’s used as a housing for homeless maybe and temporary housing?

Nothing AC wasn’t working. Over 85 degrees in the room. The most uncomfortable hotel stay I’ve ever had. No toiletries were in the room. I wasted my money staying at this hotel and not ever stay at the brand of hotels again.

No pool complementary breakfast only

We did not have breakfast because we only stayed there one one hour and we moved to the Hilton down the road because it was so filthy the first room they put us in the air conditioner didn’t work so they moved us to another room that was filled with smoke smell we could not even stand the smell so we just left. Terrible terrible terrible.
