I could make my space cooler or warm no complaint's and it was nice no noise but going down to the front and buying a small bag of chips cost me 5.50 to buy but I figured once is ok

Comfortable bed. This is listed as a dog friendly hotel and it is not! For a 10 pound non shedding dog we were charged $125.00. We traveled 21 days by car with our dog and NEVER paid more than $35. Not only that, there was absolutely no place on the property to walk the dog. They had poop bags situated in plant beds with wood chips that were very narrow and not accommodating for any dog or human. After 21 hotel nights on the road this was sooooo disappointing.

Room was not very clean. It had hair in/around the shower and in sink. Also, shampoo and body soap was not refilled. Bathroom was very spacious! Outdoor pool was a nice size and the hot tub worked. The breakfast had a good spread and included unique items like zero jello. Really liked that it opened early (6 AM). If you are sensitive to noise, ask to face the East side, not facing the freeway.

I like the breakfast..it was very clean and smell clean .I like my room ,very clean The lights in the room everything went off for like almost 2 hrs The lady who make the breakfast was kinda bossy and not friendly also not look welcoming . The hot tub water was smell weird and too hot it feels like warm temperatures which is ok. It looks dirty ,I don't know if that's just the color of the water or the spa .that's it

Woke up to ants every where even on my bed. Staff tried to accommodate me but on the second floor. Im disabled, I did not have help to move. Because it was a short stay i did not bring my wheel chair. I had enough time to prepare for court not enough time to deal with the infested ants. I was 10 mins late for court.

Quick overnight for my daughter's softball tournament at Arnaiz. Hotel was super clean and seemed new, front staff were very welcoming and helpful. I definitely would stay here again.

Hotel lobby was clean. Unfortunately the room smelt like motor oil, carpet had stains, bathroom not clean, found hair in the shower, hallways and elevator smelled like rotten trash.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed from the moment we checked in.Cleanliness: Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. It’s clear they take hygiene seriously.Dining: The breakfast was a highlight—plenty of fresh options and great coffee to start the day.Convenience: We also really appreciated the easy parking situation, which took the stress out of arriving with a car.Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. We would definitely come back.

Spanking clean room, delicious hot breakfast, super respectful staff. We are not from CA, but came to Stockton to attend wedding and got chance to stay in this super clean hotel. Upon checkout, I asked the girl at desk if she can advise any place/attraction to visit in San Francisco? She guided us with full respect. If ever I get chance to come back to Stockton, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Room had one chair in it.most Hampton have at least two chairs. We asked for second chair and got it.just not up to hampton standards

I was able to check in early, all the staff were so friendly, the room was clean. The Hotel was also clean. Breakfast was great.

Everything was good except an abandoned car on property.

Quiet and clean room was all I needed. Breakfast could be a bit better with more options on types of meals.

The room was clean upon my arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast, but only because I was going out with family each morning. The parking is more than adequate. I will use this hotel again in the future as I have in the past.
