A young lady named Jenna checked us in She was real attentive to us. She discussed area restaurants and attractions in neighboring cities on 2 different days The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The room wasn’t very clean and it had a smell to it. It was “okay” to stay there for a few days as I didn’t have another option but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. The floors in the elevator and in the main hall of my room weren’t clean any of the days. I went to use the restrooms on the first floor and there was human feces on the toilet and bloody tissues on the sink and it appeared to not have been cleaned for the day from the previous day. The staff was very nice and pleasant but I felt like complaining to them wouldn’t really do any good because it’s just seemed clear that this may be the way the hotel is always kept.

Very nice staff at the desk, clean room and comfortable bed. But there was no coffee maker in the room! So when I asked the front desk about that, she brought one to my room. Seems they are trying to save on cups, but are very willing to give you a coffee maker and accoutrement’s, if you ask!

Jenna at the front desk was so helpful and very friendly! So good to see a smiling person after a long drive ! Definitely will stay here again !

The room was great nice and clean.The breakfast was very good. Will be back next year more than likely.Maybe even sooner.
