Nothing The hotel and room was dated, then further noticed stains on the bedding and mold on the ceiling. But the worst was I woke up to a BEDBUG on my daughter. To make matters worse, the situation has yet to be resolved. Extremely unhappy with hotel and booking.com

Many areas are in seriouse disrepair.

Carpet needs to be replaced, there was a hole in the wall near the outlet underneath the desk and they stuffed it with tissue, the stopper in the tub was broken and the tub had hair in it, the bathroom sink does not drain fast which leaves a residue. But the breakfast and staff was amazing.

The staff was extremely unprofessional!!!

This location was a big disappointment. It’s run down and “feels” dirty. Furniture scratched, doors scratched, ratty tub/shower. Fridge and tv not working appropriately. Staff doesn’t seem to care about doing a great job. I won’t ever stay here again.

The free breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly. Elevators, only one working. Stairwell door to go up was locked. Cleaning staff in the afternoon were extremely loud and letting doors slamp behind them. This made it extremely irritating while attempting to take a nap at around 2:30pm. I thought there was customers arguing and slamming doors but when I went out into the hallway to see what the heck was going on. Found that it was the staff. Needless to say I did not get a nap.

When we first arrived, there was NO: toilet paper, tissue paper, towels, washcloths, or even a TV remote in the room. When we called the front desk, they apologized but there was no one to bring the missing necessities to us. We had to get dressed again and go get them ourselves. No one offered any deduction in our bill for an abysmal stay!

Friendly staff.

Honestly, I didn't like it. The staff wasn't attentive at all, the bathtub and sink were clogged, the AC didn't work, and the room smelled like cigarettes.

We liked breakfast We were assigned different floors, instead of same floor..That was not acceptable. The elevators were not working some of the time. Had a 12pm check out. 2 housekeepers knocked on door. One lady just opened the door, not giving me time for a 1 knock. Not courteous and it made me upset, so I went ahead and checked out. The hotel put a temp hold on my card for 164.00...and for what?

The staffs were nice and friendly The elevators and the rooms need to be remodeled because they are very old
