Pillow, beds, shower Green unavailable pool - NO WI-FI which means the app TVS DONT WORK EITHER - RUDE AF STAFF AND DONT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT (clean or not) THEY WONT RETURN IT TO YOU (made up BULLSHIT) - that’s how they are staying afloat (barely) Then they started arguing that they have cameras in the room so they know I smoked? (Which i DID NOT) but when I said “your definitly not allowed to have cameras in rooms” she started backpedaling saying “no no videos we take videos” ….. (after she REPEATEDLY SAID she has cameras to prove I smoked in the room….) ????? WAIT IM sorry WHAT???? ??? But no I didn’t smoke in your nasty room regardless - your maid said I couldn’t get my deposit back because OF OREO WRAPPERS?! And then you made up cigarettes

I liked the atmosphere of the location but the house keepers are nosey and gossipy! No wifi and they kept telling me it would be soon. I stayed 22 days and no wifi ever. No wifi. The staff will act like they don't know you if you don't open up to them 1st. many prostitute renters and crack heads always lurking in and out the property. One guy ask me did i have sum crab for sell

TV WOULDN'T WORK... WE SEEN 3 ROACHES... AND SMELLED MUSTY
-
The TV did not work. The WiFi was down. The smoke detector kept beeping. There wasn’t a proper door on the bathroom. Only house keeping was resetting the towels, no bed reset.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage and waffles! Easy check in and out. Perfect for our long day at stone mt

The hotel was good value for money, and overall it was an okay stay. It's in an area where most buildings are older, so I didn't feel the hotel was worse than its neighbors. At first I was concerned about what looked like mold on the ceiling and the general age of the building, though I later realized many nearby buildings and restaurants have the same issue. The bigger problem was that the wifi didn't work at all during my stay.

nice space room, renovated, good enough for a quick stop road trip, only thing I didn’t like it’s you can hear the noise next to your room

The pool and clean rooms No Wifi no good TV service

No Wifi no good TV service

The breakfast was a disappointment. The items were often out specifically the eggs muffins, coffee. Additionally, the facilities themselves were shabby the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. The shower had mold along the caulking line. The elevator walls were dented, damaged, and very dirty.

Roaches
-
The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the later check-out of 12pm accommodation. What we didn’t like was the inoperative TV and the 2 live roaches in our room! We killed one; the other got away.

Pool was cloudy

Nothing! Booked a last minute queen room while traveling back home from vacation so my children and I could catch a little sleep. Reviews seemed good here but upon arriving I quickly discovered otherwise. Front desk receptionist was not welcoming, but checked us in. Walking to find our room we saw a few roaches, not inside the hotel (that I saw but I wasn’t there very long) but on the sidewalks right in front of the doors as you’re walking around. We find our room and open the door and it’s just as hot/humid in my room as it was outside and the AC unit didn’t even turn on and unfortunately smelled very dingy and a lot like cigarettes. At this point, I’m not even sleepy anymore and I’ve still got the roaches stuck in the back of my mind so I request a refund. Receptionist tells me I can’t get one because I booked through a third party and I needed to contact booking.com to receive one. I’ll obviously never get my money back, and that’s okay but would not recommend. I don’t expect a lot and I don’t have to have everything in tip top shape, but I do expect the bare minimum!
