Quality Inn - Storm Lake

it was a pleasant stay.

Do not stay here unless you want flea and bed bug bites, lack of safety through unsecured side door, towels/washcloths, etc that looked more like dirty rags, cream colored tub turned grey from lack of cleaning, flooded parking lot breeding mosquitoes, construction workers partying in parking lot till late, etc. JUST DON'T STAY HERE!

The staff, my room. Felt very safe. Close to a door to go out for a cigarette. It was my first time traveling without my husband. So was a new experience at age 75 for me. Thank you!

Waited for 45 minutes. Bedsheets were dirty with crumbs and hair. We were able to get clean sheets from front desk and we made up our beds. Hair was in shower in wall and in tub. Do not recommend!

Could have used more than 1 roll of toilet paper in the room for a 4 night stay.

The room was dirty!! As in, it had been cleaned, but the bare minimum was done. Dirt and questionable stuff on surfaces, bedding was stained. Pulled up the sheets, little specks of blood!! Took 2 more minutes of looking, got a video of a bedBUG on the pillow!! We got the heck out of there

No sweet rolls and nothing for a person with diabeties

I couldn't get lotion out of the lotion dispenser. It took two hands to squeeze and I don't have a third hand to catch the lotion.

Good comfortable stay. Staff was atte tive and helpful.

Dahlia checked us in and she was just great. Really really nice! I felt like the room could’ve been cleaner. There was hair on the ceiling of the bathroom when we first got in. Sheets were kind of dirty. I didn’t have any issues last time I came here, which is kind of disappointing. Other than that, I had a good stay.

Just stayed for one night for a concert. Hotel was nice, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Had a pool but we did not use but it looked nice and had other patrons in there. There was no elevator so keep in mind when hauling luggage up stairs.

First time I was asked if I had insurance for in case something broke in the room, sounded discriminatory.

It appears they are going thru a renovation of the hotel. Only the first floor was completed. we were put on the second floor which has not elevator to get to. Not fun when you have few pieces of luggage. The first room we were in had a very dirty shower. Staff was very helpful with getting us a new room.

Clean, updated, convenient Apparently they don’t service rooms daily, which is fine but we weren’t informed. Mostly needed fresh towels more often.

The sheets don’t stay on the bed.

Bathroom toilet was backed up with feces in the toilet. Checked out a day early and was told that I would be refunded for that day but have not seen that.
