Old school Motel. 2 story with walkway and doors facing parking lot. Convienent location for my purposes but far from glamorous and in an industrial area.

Located right on 6 lanes of fast highway, underneath a flight path with train horns sounding right next door around the clock - bring earplugs, none provided. Wish I could post a video on here! Dogs allowed in the breakfast area, right up to the buffet, on seating etc. - not 'service' dogs or 'emotional support dogs', just regular dogs on leads. Nothing said, nothing done. Breakfast served only until 9.30, food starts to run out, 9.00am onwards, not replaced. Ask the waitress for more, no chance, that's it. Perhaps if she stopped people robbing the place blind there would be some left but nope, just a shrug. Managers noticeable by their absence. Older hotel, rooms remodeled a couple of years back. Bar permanently closed, no restaurant. Virtually nothing in walking distance, downtown area a mile away. Overpriced for what it is, we're not returning.

Front staff was nice and helpful. The property and inside the room was very neat and clean. Would come back again.

However, the air conditioning put too much moisture and condensation. Floors remained wet. So unfortunately we had to give it a 4 star. For the one night price it’s what you get with an older building.

The breakfast buffet was well maintained and the staff woman who runs it is so amazing. She deserves a raise. I have never seen a buffet so well attended
