Staff was friendly and my room was clean! Great price for the accommodations. Especially liked the kitchenette!!

The manager was very polite and apologetic Bedbugs, no coffee, no facial tissue, no clock or cups and sketchy people sitting outside their rooms at all hours smoking.

Yep, good

Front desk was nice Spiders in room, hair in shower, dirty overall. Did not feel the safest. They watered down the dish soap. Not many kitchen supplies.

Thank you

Definitely setup for long term tenants. And would be acceptable for them. Short term, the place leaves much to be desired. Not even any coffee in the lobby. Older, booked a king, stuck in a queen. I won't be back.

We initially booked our room for eight days because we just moved out of our apartment and were in between places at the moment. But once we got here, we are pleasantly surprised how nice it was. How clean it was and how safe and quiet we felt. So now instead of leaving after the nine days or staying indefinitely with no rush to leave until we find our next apartment that’s a great fit for us. I’d also like to add, which is the most important to me was the staff. The staff was very nice. I would like to single out Amy because she was very informative and very helpful and answering any and all the questions that I had to the point where she actually went above and beyond because when I came to check in, I didn’t know I was supposed to have $100 on my credit card for a deposit and I didn’t have it at the moment and she went out of her way to try and help me with it. And you can’t find great customer service like that nowadays. That’s why I wanted to say a special acknowledgment for Amy. But overall great Hotel Stuart location we’re still residence at the moment. Thank you so much. The only thing I wish I could change to seeing how we’re staying long-term and paying by the week if the rooms were just a little bit cheaper The only thing I didn’t like is our door is very hard to open and the key cards get unlocked sometimes

I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools.

Did not use the ground floor room at al. Blinds were broken, you could see right in. Totally misrepresented in pictures. Sketchy!!

The front desk staff were kind, pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy but the room walls and floor were in desperate need of care. Paint coming off walls in the bathroom. The baseboards showed the most dirt and scuff marks and unknown extra coverings. I don't know for sure how secure the toilet was to the floor.

Air conditioning was good, a little loud by kept the room nice and cool.

Terrible Motel

The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all because I have a really bad allergies specially of a smoke and I sneezed like 20,00000 times. Unfortunately we checked in around 2:30am so our options weren’t many to look for another place to sleep at that time, but we checked out around 8 ish after taking a shower to try to get the smell out of us. I wanted to bring up as well the floor feels sticky. The kitchen area of the room is updated with new appliances but the bathroom didn’t look that nice. I’m very disappointed.

We arrived and the man at the desk gave us our room away because we arrived too late. He was rude. He offered us a dirty room. You call that customer service. The place itself looked like Apple was doing drugs. The man you could tell was prejudiced. It was horrible. I even gave my credit card to hold my reservation so he had no right to give my room away. This hotel should be investigated. We arrived and the man at the desk gave us our room away because we arrived too late. He was rude. He offered us a dirty room. You call that customer service.
