This location is central to local eateries, and shopping outlets. The banquet and restaurant areas are the best part of this hotel. However, even with the renovations, the bathrooms are clearly not maintained. The shower tiles, caulking, and bolts required attention. The head of housekeeping needs to make sure the tiles have no black or rust stains in the bathroom (room 511), simple fixes for housekeeping and maintenance staff. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are terrible; bring a travel pillow. Upon checkout, only one elevator was working.

Great staff, clean room, nice seating area, near local shopping centers

The room was clean on the surface, besides the hair left in the bathroom shower. The mid shift staff was friendly but the morning person wasn't very inviting. Breakfast price was fair.

The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop.

When I arrived a little early, they were able to fit me into a room immediately there was a small mixup on the room as far as having the river view that was immediately taken care of with no problems. The restaurant was magnificent and the staff I could not ask anymore. The one young gentleman that works on the staff was very courteous when I had him bring me up extra towels because I stayed an extra day and when I’m in that area again, I will definitely be staying there. Thank you.

Every time we stay, we order omelets or over-easy eggs, and the wait is extremely long. The bacon is also consistently served soaking in grease. I keep telling my husband that it will improve, but unfortunately it has not. For such a beautiful hotel, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets on Saturdays and Sundays, there should be at least two cooks working during peak breakfast hours. On Sunday, June 21, 2026, the cook on duty seemed to have no sense of urgency despite the large number of guests waiting to be served. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the breakfast experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the property.

Nice, clean room. Parking, even handicapped, is quite a distance. The breakfast was good but nothing special.

Late, stuck in a room without TV. Not so good.

Mattress was very uncomfortable......hard in spots and soft in others. Room windows were filthy on outside. Only two small trash cans.

Hotel was close to the event we attended. Room was run down and dated. Common areas smelled like weed. Pool had weird foam and what looked like an oily sheen, so we didn't want to get in it.

The facility was wonderful. I enjoyed spending time in the pool at the end of my day. The staff were all wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. The one thing that surprised me was the housekeeping. Don't get me wrong, they were all very pleasant. I knew that they only came into the room every other day and I had no problem with that. The thing that kind of surprised me was that she didn't make the bed on the day she came to do housekeeping. Don't get me wrong, this a very minor concern that probably doesn't even need to be addressed. :)

The room was clean and nice but the bed and pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable.

Beautiful Hotel, with a beautiful setting! After a long day of travel and busy highways, it was such a sweet sight! Everything was great. We ate dinner at the restaurant, very good! Morning coffee was great too.

Overall the stay was excellent. Staff was helpful. A true standout was our waitress Brooke in the restaurant, Crust and Cork. She was very friendly and suggestions were top notch. A+ service Free wifi would have been nice

Love this property. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had an event to attend and needed a early check in. While there wasn"t any available rooms for me she was kind enough to assign me a room so the chexk-in process was easy when I returned. That"s why its always Hilton for the stay!
