Booked a double bed queen, paid extra for that and when came to get the keys, the staff said they were overbooked and couldn’t provide the double beds. Had to sleep in different rooms, as well as the property itself was very poorly maintained with all the amenities lacking or not in good condition.

The area People letting their dog walk without lease

The place was dirty! No soap in shower no extra anything! Never again

Basic room that met a need... biggest disappointment was that the extra lock on the door was completely missing and we felt unsafe. We arrived at midnight and there were people hanging around inside and outside lobby in an unusual fashion.

I had a poor experience- the clerk did not seem interested in checking me in and when I arrived in my room the TV was on, the toilet seat was up, there was toothpaste spit on the bathroom faucet, and the room smelled like fresh marijuana smoke. I was afraid I had been given a room already in use but was assured that was not the case. The Wi-Fi cut out several times and I was unable to use the TV and the internet for most of the evening. I definitely do not recommend this property!

Good location. That’s the only good thing I can say about it. This say was a terrible hotel. My expectations were very low, yet somehow they weren’t met in any way. I tried to check in early just to drop my bag off but the very disinterested front desk person shrugged at me with dead eyes and said it would be $30 to check in early. I asked him to explain why it would cost $30 when the room was already cleaned and ready and he didn’t even attempt to justify it. Anyhow, I came back later and no one was at the front desk. I called using the phone they placed there and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up. The lobby reeked of weed. I eventually got my keycard and went to my room. The room was dingy and dirty and smelled of smoke. The TV didn’t work. The AC was fine and the bed was serviceable. The shower was fine. In the morning, I tried to get coffee from the free machine in the lobby, but it was broken, adding one final insult to the injurious stay. You get what you pay for, they say. Even if I had paid $1 for the room, that would have been too much.

The AC worked nicely. The television worked and had several channels. Bed was clean. Soap and shampoo provided in shower. Working mini fridge. There was a huge hole in our bathroom above the mirror. Our room window on the first floor did not lock. Instead it had a pvc pipe in the rail to prevent it from opening all the way. One of the usb outlets beside the bed did not draw power. The front desk is protected entirely of glass. They clearly want protection from needing to engage with undesirable or disruptive individuals. Makes you wonder if it’s safe to be there. Doesn’t send a welcoming message. There was not a room available that did not accept pets. So pet free is not an option. It smelled very musty and like animals. Needs a lot of work, updates and repairs. No attention to details. Parking lot was not clean and had a lot of trash. This is a place with zero amenities and the most basic options. Stays mostly accommodating people who are out of better options or need a low budget option (although $120 a night isn’t really cheap). It gets the job done, but they aren’t trying all that hard to do more than that.

Disliked having to pay extra for room with coffeemaker. AC Unit needs a filter change. No bedside lighting, just bright ceiling lights. Towels are a little worn.

Bathroom tub had no bars and tub was slippery.
