Everything was good

The mattress on couch had an odor. They apologized.

Fairly clean, breakfast ok, staff pretty good, A/C very good. Nothing spectacular but not bad either.

Room had gnats, bad bad gnats! Went during 4th of July weekend, checkout out the following night. Breakfast was also not the best. When we first got into our room, we noticed hair all over our bed linen, from the inside to the outside, it was clear it had not been changed just remade. We asked staff for it to be cleaned again, they informed us housekeeping would not be back until 12pm next day. We requested new bed linen instead, when staff came back, she only gave us sheets, no thick blanket (comforter). When asked for a comforter, we were told there were no more. I then had my boyfriend go down and ask again because this was unacceptable. Staff asked my boyfriend to walk with them to the laundry room, where there were plenty of comforters, why did they lie? Not sure. We did get a comforter and a apology for the "confusion". Overall, we did not enjoy our stay because we were fighting gnats all day and night, from the bathroom to the bedroom area. To say this property just opened, I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness. Won't be back.

Last minute booking to break up our drive home. Elsie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had just enough options.

Menu items was very fresh and staff was outstanding room was clean and refreshing a/c was great really enjoyed the stay.

At check-in the clerk took $100 for some sort of security deposit. It was charged to my card (pretty quickly). So far, it hasn't been credited back. Breakfast is pretty spartan. Even Tabasco is missing from the condiments. Big surprise, considering where we were.

Elevator and hallway leading to it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was horrible. Room was nice. AC did not work well and this made the floors slippery and the sheets feel damp. Did not love. Was not the best place to stop on I-10 for the night.

Arrived around midnight for check-in. Immediately notice the area around the hotel is kinda sketchy. Grass was very high and grounds were generally unkempt. We everywhere and no one was at the front desk. Rang bell multiple times and after about 15 minutes of standing in an empty lobby, an employee finally emerges, informing us that he was "in the bathroom". The room was dirty and dingy. Not clean or maintained well. The next morning we go down to check out, and again there is no one behind the desk. We have to stand there and wait for about ten minutes before the employee finally decides to return to the desk and check us out. Overall would not recommend. Will not be staying here in the future.

The room pillows had holes from mice, there was a hole in the fooor and the hot water didn’t work!!!

Exceptional

Was stuck at front desk trying to check in all while the desk attendant was on her personal phone taking a personal phone call. Finally got checked in, went to room, room was FREEZING, ac would not turn off. Holder in bathroom was broken, tv was missing hdmi cable so it was not working. Sheets were stained, bathroom was as dirty. I will not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Bed bugs !!!! Beware
