Very easy check in and the room was spotless. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Breakfast was good for buffet style and the warm food was actually warm and freshly made. Great friendly customer service. I would definitely stay again.

For the price I paid I would have thought that I would have a newly remodeled room and bathroom or a suite but that was not the case. I was put in a room that had maintenance issues, part of which they took care of at 11:00 pm so kudos for that, however, I should have never been put in that room or moved rooms once it was brought to their attention. Everything was clean but was outdated and I wouldn’t rate anything excellent but good. Definitely wasn’t a great value. The staff was friendly and did permit a late checkout due to the maintenance issues I had. I expected more out of a Hampton Inn and was a bit disappointed.
