Room was clean staff was great. Breakfast was good don’t expect much.

Excellent clean hotel. It has a nice breakfast, clean lobby, friendly staff, neat rooms - everything you need to rest and recover for the night before you proceed on your journey. It was the first stop for us in our road trip and we really liked it. Highly recommend it. Y

The room was ok. Be prepared to walk up 12 stairs if you’re on the second floor. There is no elevator. The room smelled strongly of a not so pleasant cleaning solution and the water at one point smelled like gas. It was ok for one night.

Room was clean, but the bed was on springs that were noisy with any movement. Location was close to everything that we wanted to do. Complementary breakfast was good.

The whole ordeal was time consuming., beyond, frustrating, and expensive. 1st If booking do not use a third part. 2nd Their system rolls over at 4 am and your reservation is at risk of being canceled leaving you in a situation of not having a place to stay. 3rd you will spend days attempting to get assistance. 4th save your time trying to contact cooperate because even know it was their computer system that caused the initial issue they will tell you it is the 3rd parties issue and of course the 3rd party will tell you it is the hotels issue. The room itself was nice as wes the staff. Thank heavens for Jamie the manager she was as nice as her staff said. But as far as the 3rd party and super 8 corporate my rating would be a 0. I truly feel as tho they work together to scam their hard working customers.

If you just need a place to sleep its fine. I would try a different hotel next time.

Coffee machine was empty in the morning. Skipped the breakfast after that.

Hubs, and I stayed the night at Super 8 in Summersville Wv for our anniversary, and I really enjoyed it. The room was clean, bathroom was stocked, and the bed was super nice and comfy. We were able to navigate through the hotel easily, and were able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about anyone bothering us, and it was a nice private space. Would definitely stay again. Noted this is more of an “adult”ish hotel if you will, which is fine. Not much for kids to do (mom of 4) but that is fine, especially if you wanted a one night get away like hubs and I did. Also they offer late checkout option, chefs kiss! Really appreciated that offer, the coffee was excellent, and staff were awesome!

I love to break up my long trip by staying at Super8. It's ideal; best of all, it's a quick hop over to Sheetz for snacks and fuel to head back on the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable; plus, the staff is welcoming and gracious. Love staying there.

I read the reviews before booking my stay which were mostly excellent reviews but they were most likely written by the establishment. The floor in our room was so sticky that my slippers stuck when I tried to walk. The bathroom woodwork was filthy, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, and there was no place to place your things for a shower in the bathroom. The worst was the walls and ceiling were so thin it sounded like elephants were walking upstairs and you could hear the tv’s in the other rooms when you walked down the hall. I would recommend everyone to find someplace else to stay. You had to cancel the day before your stay or I would have turned away even after driving 12 hours before stopping.

We have stayed here before. But it was very noisy this time. Slamming doors and sound like a bunch of horses running down the stairs.

The breakfast was very ordinary and typical of low priced hotels. Ok if you like waffles.
