The breakfast was delicious...a nice variety of offerings. We actually got a complimentary breakfast because we were unable to check in because the system was down for several hours.

The breakfast was outstanding for the price. The personally made omelet was one of the best I have ever had and we will remember our server for her wonderful welcome, conversation and attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the room very quiet. Nothing

Housekeeping was excellent There was mold on shower caulk that should be remedied

Management was a absolute joke. Red head and baldy were straight power tripping. I actually brought a legit concern to them and they shrugged it off like, "what am I supposed to do about it."

The manager, David, was extremely helpful. We were staying there for our son's wedding and hosted some friends in our Junior Suite. We needed a table for snacks and such and David provided very promptly. We were very grateful. The room was very nice. I think they need to add some towel racks in the bathroom, but other than that everything was very nice. Brenda, I think that was her name, at the front desk was also very helpful and provided guidance as needed.

Our room was very clean especially the bathroom. This is very important to us. When we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are very spacious and comfy. Great location and very clean.

Convenient location - 15 minutes from the airport and no more than 10 minutes to any of the events I attended. The staff was responsive to any issue brought to their attention. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance as well as walking paths behind the Cabela’s nearby. Saw a lot of beautiful birds at the ponds. Saturday morning the water pressure dropped to the point of no water in the middle of my shower. I had to finish rinsing off in the sink. I let the front desk know and they immediately looked into it and offered compensation for the trouble. I just took my showers at different times - night or early (before 7 am).

Staff member stopped us in lobby and said if you didnt purchase those drinks in our hotel they need to be consumed in rooms only. We were going outside andy teenage daughter had a bubblr in hand. Never again will I stay at a Hilton with this stupid policy and over priced stay. We wanted to just spend a few minutes spending time together after all day softball tourney games and thats how we get greeted after our check in. No thank you. I will give my money to other hotels. Also the pool size was a joke. Maybe 10 to 12 people could fit in it and thats with just floating around

We’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and this was the best hotel yet. Everything was perfect, highly recommend. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean as a whistle. Great restaurant.

Staff was fantastic! No issues. Wish we could've stayed longer. Location was great too, with lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. We'll be back!
