The breakfast buffet was terrible, especially for being charged 10$ while other similar hotels are free

A fire alarm went off, but no one said that it was a real fire. People were confused and hanging around in the halls. It would be good if there were an announcement system also telling people what to do, like on a cruise boat. We had to call the office.

Convenient for me and the room layout was great. Easy in and out. Comfortable king bed. Many surfaces in the room had not been wiped down. I am not picky, so when I notice it's telling. The sink, tub, and bed were fine.

We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean and it was a great property. The staff could have been more welcoming and the pool seemed to be closed. It also looked like they had breakfast but it was an extra cost which I haven't experienced before. Typically it is included.

Stayed here before but not lately. Forgot to book one night stay, asked recept if she could do Hotel.com rate - no so booked on line, weird. Desk staff was a pretty unwelcoming group. Floors in room were damp feeling. TV remote worthless. Returning after dinner tripped due to terrible trip & fall entrance hazard. Will skip this hotel next visit.

Facility was clean. Check in person was rude. We booked through booking.con and were not given any instructions or options to notify we had pets. The girl was really rude and told us she would have to downgrade our room. There was one kleanex tissue and no shower soap or conditioner. The couch was dilapidated and very uncomfortable.
