Amazing staff. They make the hotel the best it offers. Food was good at the restaurant and reasonably priced. This is an old hotel. Not updated. For the price, good to go.

Waited at front desk 5-10 minutes with nobody at the front desk. No mention of our wait when they did show. Breakfast was subpar, scrambled eggs running out and tasted funny. The rest average at best.

Great pillows! Usually your head sinks into hotel pillows. These had great support and I was able to sleep like a baby. Check-in was quick despite the line of people checking in who were also there for the AC/DC concert. Staff was ready for the rush. Good job!

Parking lot and landscaping need updating and refreshing. The carpet in the hall was wet and wrinkled (safety trip hazard) and a blower was going 24/7 in hall. That said, the bed was comfortable and the shower warm with good pressure.

The AC worked great but that’s the only compliment i can give. The room wasn’t bad, but the hallway carpet was trashy, tiles pulling up from floor, laundry room had a large puddle of water from the ac unit on the floor with the electrical cable laying in it! Front desk lady was very vocal how much she was tired of her job, pool room had paint peeling all over, hot tub waterfall was not functional like photos, and what Holiday Inns make you pay 10$ for breakfast? Will never stay here again…

The location is very convenient for visiting family in the area, but the price is getting to be a but much foe the actual quality of the hotel. Needs some updating.

Room floor was horribly stained, shower door wouldn’t close, the shower itself was stained in the cracks, I didn’t want to look too closely at in the corners! I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

This property it’s old and needs a renovation!! They over charged got my reservation and tried charging 325 a night for this old run down hotel!
