Horrible never again

Convenient location. The room had a bad odor. We were concerned about the electrical system when the bathroom light worked with the timer and the fan on the switch.

whole building is disgusting, overflowing trash bins and garbage all over the parking lot. staff is horrible and lazy, hate when you ask them to do something simple for you

Convenient to stores and a mall.

The security lock fell on its own accord, but management fixed it right away. I saw no elevator to get upstairs. Had to haul my luggage. The managers forgot I was a guest, so they aggressively stopped and interrogated me on my return from a 13-hour work shift. Kinda glad they don’t allow anyone to roam into the hotel, but did not appreciate the treatment after so long a work shift. Would recommend if everything else was booked.

Nothing They heat in the room did not work

Location. The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The first night the room smelled like a freshener was used. The next day we went out and came back 9 hours later and the room smelled like cigarettes. The towels were like terrible like scouring pads. The room was worn. The outlet next to the bed did not work. The fixtures in tub were worn and corroded.

Somebody opened my room door early in the morning no knock or call out. I don't believe it was housekeeping as there was no sign of any housekeeping in the hall. They then left the door standing open on the safety slide. I felt it was not even worth saying anything to the desk clerk about this incident. There was a lot of noise during the night from other guests. I feel like I got very little sleep the only thing I gained was a shower and lighten my wallet by $150. I would have been better off to slept in my truck and gone to a truck stop and paid for a shower. It is now on my list of places never to stay.. I spend a lot of nights in hotels this is one of the worst.

Excellent for the price. Beds are comfortable, and room temperatures are easy to manage. Not the best smelling quarters, and the staff didn't either our request to empty trash/make beds. But vending machines are easily accessible. Plenty of places to eat around at the premises.

They room smelled horrible when I told the staff they didn’t accommodate me it was just looked over there was no housekeeping the entire time I’ve been here I had to ask for clean towels smh

Peace and Quiet

Location is good, big and comfortable bed. Poor Cleanliness, bad cigarette smell, poor bedroom and building maintenance.

The room was terrible

It was disgusting. It should be shut down. The room smelled like urine. The toilet seat was dirty and coming off the hinges. The tub was rusty.

Air conditioning worked well. Found a dead bug and another one crawling in the bathroom. No breakfast.

Inattentive staff, never anyone at the desk, room looked awful, yellowing tub, smelled weird, and they went running the heat in the room even though it was 20° outside and it took forever to het warm
