Fridge and microwave provided Couldn’t see an elevator so struggled getting suitcases upstairs. Toenail found on the floor in the bathroom and Q-tip on the floor by the window. Neither were particularly hidden so should not have been missed during cleaning. White container next to sink was also visibly dirty on the inside.

Rented a room with 2 King beds. They gave us a room with two Doubles. There was no parking and breakfast wasn't served. Other than that, beds were fine, shower was hot, and location is centralized. I'll give it a 2-star.

The convience of the location Pillows had bloodstains or some kinds of stains. Air conditioner kept turning off even though it was on all night, so room would get warm.

The price for the quality was worth it. No complaints. Nothing extraordinary.

Parking lot was full of trash and the blanket on the bed had a hole in it. Staff was nice, however.

The housekeeping staff was amazing! My room was always clean and bed well made, everyday! Wonderful work. The check-in was horrible. I called twice to see if I could check in early. Twice denied. One man in particular,, toks me that could not wait in the front lobby and made me wait in the hot sun from 11am until 3pm. The woman that checked me in seemed angry and otherwise inconvenienced by my presence. My money didn't matter to them.Terrible experience.
