I loved the fact that the room was very cozy and comfortable. No outside noise. The staff wasn’t friendly especially the guy at the front desk during the day time . He was kind of abrupt and it seemed like was bothering him. I’m use to better customer service.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, good place to crash for the night, good on price. Ac noisy, the staff on the reception are a bit too straight forward, but ok.

Location Nothing

Single female business traveler to World Dairy Expo. This was a cheap alternative that worked out great. Quiet, safe and lots of dinner choices all around. As you might imagine, it’s not a 5 star hotel but it was clean and room was well maintained. Bed was comfortable and work desk and office chair were good. I’d stay there again.

Room looked clean booked a three night stay. The first day i smashed a spider bug then an ant the second day there was so much bugs i slept in my car. I tried to checkout no one at the desk at night. I talk to the owner who told me i can checkout and shell get in at 9am. When i was finish work i tried to checkout too use that money to find a different place. She told me even though i caalled, because im pass the checkout time i cant check out recieve a different room or be compensatedi checkout the day before i was supposed to and sleppt in my car. Terrible experience.

I selected this motel because it was close to the venue I attended that evening. Upon arrival the staff did not appear friendly. I noticed an odor in the lobby. The room was clean but the room also had a stale odor too. I will not stay there again.

Parking is a bit scarce there - didn't help someone literally parked in 5 spaces.

Absolutely nothing First pulled up and seen a lot of folks outside already took that unsettling then we get into our room first off it smelt like mildew the blankets were not cleaned right room was suppose to have 2 queen beds and we got 2 full size it was stains everywhere front desk was very rude when it came to us mentioning the mildew smell she said and I quote “no ma’am there is not mildew smell in the room” as she has never stepped foot in the room as of us being there she was very rude and unprofessional she lied about how long my refund will take to hit my card and she didn’t give me a full refund even thought we didn’t stay the full 2 nights we left after 1 hour of being there because of the rudeness and process of the refund with her making phone calls I spent 170+ on this 2 night stay and didn’t even stay a night came to a hotel on West Towne (Best Western) and it’s so much cleaner for cheaper price

Nice staff, clean rooms. well laid out and large. My wife and I own an EV and one of our criteria for staying in a hotel is to have an EV charging system on site. Doesn't have to be high end. As we travel now a Charger is our first item looked for.

It was a convenient location to the downtown area. Let's just say if you are a woman traveling alone, don't stay here. Curtains were torn, bedding had burn marks in it, cable didn't work, room was hard to secure when I would leave, the ice machine was next to a row of gambling machines so you had to walk by men who were drinking and smoking to get to it in the corner of a cramped room. The hot water sometimes didn't work, the coffee machine was broken.

Easy check in progress No slippers to wear on tiles;water splashes from toilet can leak to the corridor in front..

We had a chaotic schedule with our trip to Madison. The people at the front desk accommodated our chaos and were able to help us with check in and check out. We definitely felt appreciated
