Primestay Extended Suites

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The parking lot is on the smaller side so it was very difficult in the evenings to find parking. Parking was never a problem in the day time though.

Met all expectations. Nice suite room, and a good value.

Room was clean but the curtains were all ripped and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was not very fresh.

Room was clean and spacious. There were two tv in the room. Neither works. There were two televisions neither worked.

We stayed in the two bedroom king suite. We liked the size of the room, and it was clean and as pictured. We liked having the multiple bathrooms in each suite, which gave all 6 of our family members plenty of options and space. While the room was clean, there were some things in need of repair or in need of replacement that could have increased the feel of the room.

staff wasn’t trained well. got charged 85 dollars for nothing. got charged twice for my deposit. but they somehow fix it. and upon checking out they want me to take my review down just to give SOME of my money back.

Very roomy, great pool hours (open til midnight), staff was great. The only thing I can say negative which was a little inconvenient was that the microwave in our unit didn’t work but they weren’t aware we just used the microwave in the lobby which wasn’t a huge deal.

The staff was very rude the room that I stayed in the stove didn’t work the sheets were dirty in the bedrooms and it was overall just not a good stay for me at all I’ve stayed there multiple times and never had any problems until now but I think it’s under knew ownership

That we had a double king bed room. That was awesome Need more breakfast options

Hospitality was superb. They made us feel at home during the blizzard we dodged. Accomodations were extremely comfortable. We have never previously had this high level of hospitality. Thank you all!.

Couldn’t have breakfast everything was gone by 9:45

Convenient to the interstate. Quiet Overall the place is tired and needs a refresh. Scuffed walls and doors. Breakfast was almost non existent. Hot and cold water were reversed on the shower.

We were told nothing would change and our reservations were safe but I saw other people being turned away since they had Marriott reservations. The next day the breakfast buffet - which had featured waffles, sausages, bacon and eggs - became cold food only due to some vague issue in the kitchen. A few days later the wifi stopped working along with the sole computer in the business center. And there was an abandoned car in the parking lot. When I returned home I found they had charged $200 to my card for incidentals but even after a week had not rescinded the charge. I had to take it up with my credit card company because I couldn't find a phone number for the Primestay. I never saw a good place go downhill so fast. Maybe the new owners will get their act together but I would avoid the place for the next few months.

Location was great. The breakfast was good. The room was GREAT!! On Bookings.com it said that there was a hot tub but when we arrived we were told that there wasn’t one. We were SO looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long drive, we were disappointed. We tried the pool but it was just too cold to stay in it.

The staff was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Breakfast could’ve been hotter. More options for hot sauce (why just chalula?), there was spilled rice in a hallway next to ours that wasn’t vacuumed up for 2 days.

Variety of shopping and eating around the hotel was great. The hotel itself was ok…just ran down. The reason for the poor score is, hotel staff came in and out of the room (not housekeeping) multiple times without communicating. We could not get a clear answer as to why they went in the first time. The second was to remove the C02 detector (first thing in the morning while we were in pajamas), then entered again in the afternoon while we were gone. This was all within 24 hours. I spoke with the assistant GM Nat. Who thought me being upset by this was funny. She told me they were doing routing maintenance and were not sure how many more times the would be in and out and they weren’t required to inform us. She also stated hotels weren’t required to let us know. Those are just the entries I knew about…being that it was just us 2 females traveling, we felt unsafe with random men letting themselves in and out of the room.
