Best Western East Towne Suites

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great experiences. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. It fit the bill. It is right near lots of shopping, so there are a lot of food options.

Breakfast was great! Overall, the property shows some wear and needs a little tlc. Missing baseboards in places, bad patch job on the walls, some mold on the bathroom ceiling.

I do understand that you’re redoing the dining area, but, the limited choices for breakfast were not satisfying… the eggs were delicious, there was no OJ, or juice of any kind.

Comfy, clean & quiet. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location. Highly recommended!

Bedding needs to be upgraded.

Everything was pretty good until we went to leave. I was getting ready to leave a tip and then we turned over the card for the person that cares for the room and learned that they expected us to change the sheets on the beds before we left! Never have I ever been asked to change your sheets in our hotel room.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional at checkout. Hotel was not maintained as promised and shown in the pictures while booking. Room cleanliness was compromised and Breakfast was not good at all (less items and someday missing items). I wouldn't go back to this hotel next time.

We requested a room with a walk-in shower due to disabilities. We were given a wheel chair room which made it unsafe as everything was so low. The shower in the bathtub was dangerous and scary as the grip bars were at knee level and useless. No one ever entered the room to collect garbage, replace coffee, change towels or anything for four days. I asked what their policy was but I did not give my room number. The next day the room was cleaned and in good shape but no one returned for the remaining three days we were there. We were extremely disappointed as we had believed what their motel site said and selected it because it advertised a walk in shower and most Best Westerns are a good choice. This one was not. The breakfasts were inconsistent and sometimes there was plenty of food for all and sometimes there was almost nothing. They billed us before we arrived and even though the two rooms we reserved were not what we were given they did not refund the difference.

Staff was curtious and helpful.

The room was very damp, the bedding was damp and had an odor to it. We also needed the heat on and didn’t work most of the night.

Staff was friendly and hotel was under construction WE DIDNT STAY THERE ON THESE DAYS AND THE HOTEL NEVER RECEIVED A RESERVATION FROM BOOKING.COM. YET I AM SEEING A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. YOUR TEXTS INDICATED TO CONTACT THE SITE...I DID..THEY RECEIVED NOTHING FROM YOU, PLEASE REMOVE MY CHARGE SEEING I WAS NEVER THERE THAT DAY AND THEIR NOT RECEIVING ANY RESERVATION FROM YOU.

To make sure everything is working in the room before guess arrive.

The entire building needs remodeling and some of the work is currently under construction, however during this time guest should not come into contact with the on going work . The rooms are outdated and smell of horrible odor definitely needs upgrades.

The hotel was in the process of renovations so that’s the only real knock I had. Other than that I was very pleased and satisfied with my room in terms of size, quality, and cleanliness. The breakfast was good too. And the hot tub was a cool amenity to have.
