Nice stay

Breakfast was adequate.

Slow check in

The shower was good with good pressure. However after each shower it took 15 minutes to drain and left the tub very slippery

Room smelled like water mold and the breakfast was cold

Spacious room, clean. Amazing staff. Good breakfast, even the scrambled eggs. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Breakfast was not great. At 6:30, the breakfast consisted of 2 bagels, 3 blueberry muffins, some cold cereal, powdered reconstituted eggs. The sausages and potatoes looked fine, but there was nothing to interest kids. The pool area is really lovely but it is tricky to get in and out of the door does not open easily from inside or out. The hot tub was set at a dangerously high temperature. The hotel is situated in a great spot. You can walk to East Towne mall and any number of restaurants.

The staff was excellent getting a long line of concert goers checked in efficiently. Good value for a quick stay.

It was Clean and convenient to the interstate. Breakfast was fair. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in.

The check in took a long time. The room itself was terrible. Walls in very bad shape The hotel could use a renovation. Bugs in the room. Had to leave early would not recommend this hotel.

Descent price, Great location, Nice area. Hotel was in the process of updating. Should be a bit nicer when completed.

Check was difficult check out staff very rude. Breakfast was not recommendable! Limited at best.

Also the day of checking the staff member was rude to everyone there was over 35 people waiting in lobby to check in since he said 3pm which was ridiculous since we already reserved it and the rooms should have been done by 2 driving a long way makes it difficult

Older property undergoing some renovations. Large room, comfortable bed. Pool area very nice. Breakfast ok. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Decent sized room w/king bed, lots of space. Bathroom was pretty tiny & interior bathroom door handle needed repair.

You have people who have all kinds of piercings in customer service ! Plus the female person was rude when questioned about the charge for the stay!
