The Grand Hotel

During our five-day stay, our room was only cleaned twice, as daily housekeeping was not provided unless requested. Furthermore, there was a water leak coming from the air conditioning unit in the ceiling. Despite calling the front desk to report the issue, no one came to address it before my departure.

I stayed here because it was a few minutes down from the Levi’s stadium. Lots of places to eat and plenty of shopping centers walking distance. The property was very clean I stayed at a villa. Everything was provided very inviting. The pool was beautiful but the hours are not enough it opens late and closes early. Also it should have more towels available for use I had to use my room towels that left me with no room towels. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available and I was looking forward to it. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast needs a little improvement maybe have two people working it. On both days I went over to have breakfast it took too long to get stocked up. I kept seeing people walk away because there was no food. The bar definitely needs improvement and longer hours or remove it and add more table space. It was hard to find sitting during breakfast. The 5-9 bar hours don’t work people are usually still out. Overall the property was beautiful and I’d stay again.

Breakfast is just so-so. I have tried to tal to a manger about problems but they never contacted me. I think this is the end for me.

I love it. It is my go to hotel

Everything was nice, we got a suite. The door for the bedroom didnt close because the TV dresser was in the way, other than that, it was good. My only suggestion would be more food options for breakfast.

Not a choice hotel i would do again

The Room was clean but had some beetles and bugs crawling on the floor there was a big spider on the wall of the bedroom and then the beds were uncomfortable and hard and kind of low to the ground. The food buffet was very small and didn’t have a lot of options. You have to walk up stairs to get to your room kinda of hard to lug up luggage while going up and down stairs. There was not an on site manager until the weekend was over.

First there was only one luggage carrier for the hotel, I got there around 8:30pm, & the carrier was MIA so I had to take many trips, I got the room for the jacuzzi tub as it was a 5hr drive for me, & was excited even more for a relaxing bath after also carrying all my luggage up, only to find the jets didn't work! The angles of the pictures looked much more impressive & bigger than the room was! It also advertised not just on this app but of their actual website that they had a restaurant & a bar! No restaurant! And the bar was closed although the front desk girl said it's supposed to stay open til 9, but was closed when I got there about 8:30! The second night of my stay tried to go at the "happy hour" time she had recommended only to find that they only had beer & wine available because they had "run out" of everything else! Not an awful hotel for the price it just did not have a lot of the things that were advertised both on this app & on their website! Disappointing

Loved the place amazing staff and so clean just the bedsheets and bedding was like pink stained otherwise we had a great time

Room had old furniture but the beds were comfortable. Had to rent a microwave for $10 it should come with every room. Fridge worked well,

Except for the hot tub not being available, nice and quiet stay.

Unfortunately there was dirty underwear, washcloth, and glass in our room when we walked in. We had to leave immediately to make it to a concert, so we didn't tell anyone. We did t checkout.Also the bed is extremely lumpy. It had a hole in the middle and it smelled like feet.

The “villa” was run down and poorly maintained, for example there were gaps between the floor planks. The pool was dinky so my son didn’t want to use it. This is more like an extended stay motel room than a hotel villa.

Excellent day very friendly professional staff cleanliness was impeccable. Food was great overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend this stay.

Better than I expected, particularly the professional services from hotel staff … from reception desk, room service, to kitchen staff. Definitely will come back again ! ❤️
