Enjoyed our Stay , clean rooms, the pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the complementary drinks at the Bar. Will be staying in the future.

I had a confirmed reservation and arrived with my trained service dog. Instead of following the ADA, the front desk insisted that I sign the hotel’s pet agreement before they would allow me to check in. I politely explained that under ADA Title III, a service dog is not a pet, and businesses cannot require handlers to sign pet agreements as a condition of receiving service. Rather than resolving the situation professionally, I was embarrassed in the lobby while the front desk employee put a manager on speakerphone and discussed my situation in front of other guests. I was ultimately denied the ability to check in unless I complied with a policy that should not have been applied to a service dog. To make matters worse, I requested that my reservation be canceled without penalty because the hotel refused to accommodate me. I was told that would be done, yet I was still charged approximately $129. Hotels should train their staff on the ADA’s requirements regarding service animals. Service dog handlers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect—not publicly embarrassed or subjected to policies that apply only to pets. I hope management addresses this through proper ADA training, refunds the improper charge, and ensures future guests with disabilities are treated lawfully and respectfully.

ADA violations staff would not let me check in with my service animal without signing documentation pet agreement very horrible experience at check-in and I even let the hotel know 24 hours notice in advance that I would be arriving with my service animal. Highly recommend!

Hotel amenities boasted on booking site are inaccurate, most are not offered. Hotel lounge is disappointing and dirty. Soaking tub in room only got lukewarm water, hot tub out of order. No omelet bar for breakfast. Only bottled beer and wine offered at happy hour, no hors d’oeuvres. Housekeeping persistently knocking on our door to clean the room at 8:39 am when my husband was still asleep.

Clean room, great parking

During our stay, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor. Throughout the entire day and night, there was an unbearable, continuous noise emanating from the wall, which was loud enough to be heard down the hallway. Because of this disruption, we were unable to sleep, making our overall experience very poor.

Almost roll out of bed to get out. This is not a regular as did not have this issue with previous stays. Free breakfast was outstanding

When we arrived the front desk staff was helpful, it was unfortunate that the hot tub was down but our room had a wonderful soaking tub so it all worked out, we were amazed at how large and spacious the room was, very comfortable. Big downside was the refrigerator was barely working, like the things we put in came out warmer then when they went in overnight, the beds did make a noise every time you moved too. The breakfast was nice, it was a wonderful surprise to have hot options as well as the normal continental breakfast items, I would only recommend maybe some waffles or pancakes for littles, a couple of familys came with littles and didn't really have options for them and maybe a kids cereal too, but overall a wonderful stay we will definitely be coming back!

The best was the size of the room and bathroom

What a great hotel! It's like new, clean, big and modern. Extra touch like complimentary fresh fruit and waters in room, starbucks coffee, refrigerator. Free parking and free breakfast with eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc

Checking in was quick and easy. The staff told us where to park for our room. The room was clean and spacious and it was quiet. We had the continental breakfast in the morning and it was good. Checking out was also easy. We enjoyed our stay.
