    During our stay, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor. Throughout the entire day and night, there was an unbearable, continuous noise emanating from the wall, which was loud enough to be heard down the hallway. Because of this disruption, we were unable to sleep, making our overall experience very poor.

    Almost roll out of bed to get out. This is not a regular as did not have this issue with previous stays. Free breakfast was outstanding

    When we arrived the front desk staff was helpful, it was unfortunate that the hot tub was down but our room had a wonderful soaking tub so it all worked out, we were amazed at how large and spacious the room was, very comfortable. Big downside was the refrigerator was barely working, like the things we put in came out warmer then when they went in overnight, the beds did make a noise every time you moved too. The breakfast was nice, it was a wonderful surprise to have hot options as well as the normal continental breakfast items, I would only recommend maybe some waffles or pancakes for littles, a couple of familys came with littles and didn't really have options for them and maybe a kids cereal too, but overall a wonderful stay we will definitely be coming back!

    What a great hotel! It's like new, clean, big and modern. Extra touch like complimentary fresh fruit and waters in room, starbucks coffee, refrigerator. Free parking and free breakfast with eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc

    Checking in was quick and easy. The staff told us where to park for our room. The room was clean and spacious and it was quiet. We had the continental breakfast in the morning and it was good. Checking out was also easy. We enjoyed our stay.

    Pretty average hotel. Not the cleanest room (dirty glasses and sheets didn't fit the bed.) The front desk weren't help with directions.

    We stayed here for a staycation last week to use the pool and enjoy the bar/lounge area. The pool was freezing says my 10 year old, which is saying a lot since most kids don't care about the water being on the cooler side, the hot tub was broken, there are no pool towels, the bar was supposed to be open until 9 and closed about an hour early for no reason other than the bartender just left, from what we were told by the front desk. We booked a room in which the online video shows robes, slippers, a bunch of mini toiletries, none of which were provided, and the drain in the bathtub didn't work. We knew we were off to a bad start when the room key didn't work as soon as we got there, and maintenance had to come fix the door. We inquired about checking out a day earlier as none of the amenities we went to enjoy were functioning, and was advised by the hotel and hotels.com that we could get a refund for the 2nd night we didn't stay because "the hotel property will refund for these kinds of situations," only to find out after we left, that the hotel doesn't want to refund us and hotels.com is only offering a fraction of the price we paid in OKC, which I can't even use on our next stay because the hotel isn't listed on hotels.com. I wrote the hotel staff, cc'ing 5 different managers as I'm not sure who the best person to contact is, to request additional consideration for the refund request and have been ignored by all 5 so far.

    It's a decent hotel for a day or two, though it is old and could use some renovations. The elevator is quite dated. The staff was helpful, but the breakfast was quite poor. It seems they rely on free breakfast and parking to attract guests, given the hotel's age.

    Nothing about this Villa was likable . All the furniture had stains and was disgusting looking. It looked like there was vomit on the walls in the bathroom. There was dust debris and God knows what else in every corner of the Villa. There was dead bugs next to the bed. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in . The whole villa screams I have bed bugs and should be condemned. The place obviously hasn't been cleaned since the day they remodeled. The bathroom floor was black or so I thought but when I wiped it with a sanitizer wipe it was actually a gray color a grayish blue. I would never stay there ever you couldn't pay me stay there again. Everything I literally didn't like everything. I didn't like how dirty it was I didn't like the dead bugs everywhere. I don't like the fact that I'm afraid I may have brought those bugs home with me now. I don't like how they falsely advertised their facilities and all of their perks since they had none of them available. The entire description of this hotel is completely false and misleading

    Finding the hotel was easy peasy! Parking is great, the staff was very helpful, informative, friendly yet professional. Check in couldnt have been any easier! The room was wonderful! Nice view, the bed was comfortable, spacious and all. I would for sure go back to stay again.

    Wonderful stuff!. We had a nose problem due to room being right next to the ice machine and the reception was very kind and helpful and resolved this. Very spacious and clean rooms Watch out for the rooms next to ice machines. Very disturbing noise!

    We stayed in a villa and were assigned the unit at the far end of the property. The window faced directly toward the parking lot, and there was a very strong odor in the room. It was difficult to identify the source of the smell, but it was unpleasant and made our stay uncomfortable. The housekeeping standards were very poor. Used towels were simply folded and put back instead of being replaced. When I noticed this, the towel was still damp. The housekeeping service was also poorly managed. We informed the front desk of our specific needs: because our baby takes a nap in the afternoon, we requested that the room be cleaned in the morning. However, this request was consistently ignored. Housekeeping often came while we were having meals or when our baby was sleeping in the afternoon to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. As a result, we frequently had to decline the service.
