They have free coffee but not a free Continental breakfast. A breakfast is offered to you but you have to pay. Staff was nice. Didn't really need to interact with them but they were nice enough. Check in was easy. Room was clean. However my door to my bathroom was not working. Did not bother to let the front desk know because my stay was short.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was really nice. While it was not impossible, it was tough to find a spot for parking. Parking may have been filled due to pride month. other than that, it was nice, clean, friendly staff, and we would definitely stay again.

The staff members that answered the phone July 29 at 1:30 PM was the rudest most unprofessional person/woman I’ve ever dealt with at aloft she was very inconsiderate and talked over me as I was trying to explain my situation of booking the wrong a lot location and would not even let me get a word out or finish a sentence! I believe her name was Lisa. Being that I booked through a third party she thought it was ok to treat a paying customer so rudely. The miscommunication on their end cost me $140, when I tried resolving the issue before they even got my booking. Hotels .com had even contacted them at 8am through phone and also sent them an email and she said she never received an email which I have receipts to from hotels .com. Some people feel so entitled because of their job position I can only imagine how she treats her coworkers.

Would tell you how the breakfast was but they charge you for it to your room.

The location was perfect. I was a little nervous because of the parking lot being pretty full and being prepared not to leave and lose our parking spot but there was so many stores and restaurants around there was no need for our car.
-
Good location, conveniently near the walkable center of Sunnyvale Breakfast is limited and expensive. Parking can be tricky - there is a large parking lot behind the hotel but it was completely busy and I had to leave the car on the street. It's OK for a short term stay

Will definitely stay again in the future.

The clerk at the front was very polite and attentive. He had a smile, friendly and greeted me with enthusiasm. I recommend staying here when in the area.

This hotel was nice. It was a bit small but it’s OK for a short stay wasn’t noisy. It comes with earplugs in the room. I enjoy that part however I probably won’t stay here again because it’s a little too far from my job but other than that is great all the way around.

Staff were so nice as well. They saw me coming in with a lot of bags and offered to help me unload the car. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable beds and pillows.

It was only for one night. No complaints. Staff extremely friendly & helpful

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the room was ok. The shower was great. Jannie helped with checking out and was professional while handling a check out rush. I would stay again at this hotel.

Clean room

For a Marriott property, this was highly disappointing. When I complained at check-out, I was told that I needed to turn on the shower a certain way next time. Instead of making a guest deal with that, why not provide a room with a properly functioning shower in the first place? I later requested a refund, but the property denied it because I had already used the room for a short stay. That completely misses the point of my complaint. I live only 30 minutes away and booked the room purely for convenience before a red-eye flight for my girlfriend’s birthday. Because of the condition of the shower, I ended up driving 30 minutes back home so she could shower comfortably, then drove back again afterward. At that point, I would have been better off staying home instead of paying for a downgraded room with a half-functioning shower. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, especially for a Marriott property.
