Staff was great especially the manager Bryan. Only thing that I say I didn’t like was the room smell and the humidity. It smells like urine and sheets feel damp from the humidity. But the customer service makes up for it. Very welcoming and nice !!

Very nice updated rooms. Very neat/ clean. Free parking a plus. Close to all Sunnyvale Towne Center food and entertainment spots. Friendly/ Great staff. Highly recommend.

Dirty parking lot. Condom.wrapper seen in the parking lot. Pur room was supposed to be ready but we waited an hour after check in time. The hotel room was not very clean. Sketchy people around the hotel. When we arrived there were cops and shady looking people in the parking lot. A man was walking around the hotel barefoot to get ice and what not? Not a safe, clean or classy feel. I would like my money back. We left and didn't even stsy the night because we didn't feel comfortable. Sunnyvale use to be nice. Maybe not anymore?
