The room had some questionable dirt in the bathroom. The office was closed/locked at 9:30am on a weekday.

My room door was broken; it didn't lock, only the safety lock from inside was working.

Nothing. Hair in the bathroom sick, the spider smashed on the wal the air conditioner wasn't working right the TV wasn't working right the fire alarm wasn't working right and the freezer hadn't been defrosted so couldn't put things in there. The bath tub gets didn't work the towel racks was dirty and hair blower had been wiped down tile in bathroom follo fell off and the light switches had been wiped off. Just hoagie room. I was possed that I had to touch dirty light switch and tub had been clean it was grubby. I will not go back there.

I was disappointed with the stay. The room was in need of renovation. The toilet was loose and even though we put the do not disturb hanger on the door the staff entered. There was a lot of noise from other people staying in the nearby rooms until very late at night. Not much rest. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

Clean wood floor rooms,beautifully painted. If the bath rooms get renovated, it would be a 5 star hotel.
