Motel 6 Sunnyvale, CA - North

It is located in a convenient area if your driving cause, it's close to the freeway entrance and exits. Apparently, the walkways are't completely finished and i guess you have to notify them if you want your room cleaned daily. They never came to my unit once and I was there for 9 nights. The air conditioner makes a loud sound when heating the room. The water comes out of the shower head very very weak. There is no safe or refrigerator. There's alot of parking.

We originally booked for 2 nights but we cut it short for 1 only, room had too many roaches

The location. The night staff was horrible and they had system issues and blamed it on me and said my bank card wasn't working. I had to spend over 35 min on the phone with no type of help or support from the staff. Even when I asked just to leave my stuff in the lobby while I stepped out on the call and they said no. Also the cleaning staff outside was very rude and asked me to move out of an empty parking lot at a designated smoking area so he could blow the leaves and would not wait until I was finished.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and didn’t have any normal windows, so there was no way to air it out.

I just booked a room at a different place for this upcoming weekend $20/night cheaper with better beds, definitely a fridge and microwave, and more amenities!

Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and room was quiet. I wish the room had a refrigerator, microwave and blow dryer, but hard to find everything in a budget motel. This was for a business trip. So, spending a few nights here is good.

Hotel was good. Staff was a little grumpy but other than that, it was fine.

Near venue. No pool. I was really disappointed that the pool was closed. I booked it because of pool. Motel should have sent a message to say pool was closed. False advertising.

Customer service sucks I booked 2 nights and when I got there he said it was only for 1 night after I clearly showed him my Expedia confirmation and they cancelled my reservation.

Overwhelming stench of animal urine and dirty humans. It was so bad I couldn't sleep. There were cigarette butts everywhere, as well as garbage cans that filled and where rarely emptied. The guests are mainly the indignant, not actual travelers. The place is actually a flop house, not a motel.

Easy to find Sheets were dingy grey supposed have been white, towels paper thin. Foreigners at desk cold, not personable no thank you, homeless man was sleeping in breezeway when I exited my room early morning

We took stairs instead of elevator which was kind of old. Affordable price. It will be very handy if the room has a box of kleenex . A pastry and water bottle will be appreciated!

Maybe it was a bad room. I’m not sure but cockroaches in bed with me will not be returning here
