The TV remote was difficult to use. The printing was very tiny and difficult to read. I never could find a program guide.
-
Spacious, clean, well maintained and a warm greeting from the staff. Nothing, couldn't ask for more at this price point.

Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to McDonald’s.
-
Great location to explore silicon valley and San Francisco too which is about an hour drive from there
-
Plenty of parking The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, woke up too many times throughout the night because of it. You can feel the springs. Smelled like an old room/dusty. The bathroom light was very dim & the shower water would randomly turn to freezing cold then scorching hot, the counter lights flickered. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated so high.

The accessibility and the proximity to Mountain View TH EV charging did not work and the Wi-Fi worked from time to time.

The staff was always courteous and helpful. In fact the gentleman that checked us in remembered us from a prior stay. The breakfast was average. I seem to remember it being better on our last stay. Edible, but nothing to write home about. There was plenty of parking and it was super convenient to get around from this location. We will stay here again.
