Clean Initial room had poor (noicey) air conditioning. Second room was very good

The room was clean, breakfast was good; the only complaint was the noise/vibration from the a/c.

Great hotel. A little pricey but it’s summertime so I guess it’s going rate for time of year. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Only complaint would be a slight musty smell when first enter room. I think if carpets were removed and all flooring was installed that would help. Other than that it really is a nice hotel.

The staff was welcoming the rooms and building were well maintained. This was our first time traveling with our chihuahua and the trip went awesome.

Nice place to spend a night right in MN-WI boarder.

We had 2 rooms. One king and 2 Queen. The queen room smelled of wet dog. We had no toilet paper. Our towels were rags. In the king room the bed sheets had holes, the fridge didn't work and the bathroom shower head was broken. The pool was very small and the towels were rags. We won't be staying there again.

The room was nice and had what we needed. Water/showers were nice and hot. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. Freebies at the front desk were a nice welcome. Checking in and out were a breeze. We needed a hotel that accepted pets. The $75 fee for a pet was a little steep for a pet who doesn't bark, bite, chew, shed. No evidence was left behind of a dog ever being there. The pet yard could have been bigger as there were several of us there at a time. We were on the 2nd floor with a pet. There were lots of people there with dogs, but you'd think we'd be on the 1st floor or at least near the pet area, which we were not. The hotel was a little hard to get to and from since you couldn't turn in right from the highway.

There were food crumbs, wasn’t exactly the most cleanest even though the room itself was very clean. There’s leftover food.
