Hampton Inn Superior Duluth

We had 2 rooms. One king and 2 Queen. The queen room smelled of wet dog. We had no toilet paper. Our towels were rags. In the king room the bed sheets had holes, the fridge didn't work and the bathroom shower head was broken. The pool was very small and the towels were rags. We won't be staying there again.

This was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I've stayed at in years. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was fully stocked and the employees were running around making sure nothing ran out. If we find ourselves back in the area, we'll be staying here again 1000%.

Very clean and well maintained property. Will stay here again if we are back in town.

The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Lots of dirt in the rooms where staff maybe got rushed or lazy. We stayed for a week and our floors weren't swept. The pool has film around the tile edge that people have scratched pictures in.

The room and hotel were both clean and well maintained. I appreciated the extra lengths.l the hotel went to in order to make a wonderful marathon weekend.

We arrived late and didn’t get to go to bed until after midnight after a long day, so we didn’t get much rest! I don’t believe the hotel was full, but they gave us the worst room, and other than a desk chair there wasn’t another chair for me to sit except to sit on the bed! The room was tight not much room to turn around!

Staff is always excellent, helpful and go above and beyond!

Great service, perfect location near the lake, restaurants, and the UW Superior campus. Appreciated how safe everything felt and a wonderful breakfast to start our day.

They charged $75 for my 20lb dog for one night stay! That is not pet friendly. Go find a different hotel while the typical one night charge is $25 for a small dog.

The hotel was clean and fresh and smelled great. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was seriously great, tons of choices, very tasty.

Location is great with walking trails and water near by and various drink and food options. Staff was amazing! I loved the property. But just the higher cost than normal stays due to Events in the area.
