Easy check-in process, reasonable rates, and the villa room I booked was very spacious and comfortable!

First time staying at this property. The room was immaculate and the staff was amazing. 10/10 will stay here again.

This stay was everything , way more than expected i was so surprised i took a solo trip and had a blast will be doing it again in about 2 weeks

Pushy sales people

Loved everything about this resort. You honestly didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. Close to the beach, very enjoyable for families or just an intimate getaway.

Great resort we loved our stay volatile was amazing customer service was great the shuttle was really nice to not have to drive the rental to the beach really enjoyed the spa and the indoor pool and hot tub cant wait to visit again

I have to say the employees that I encountered at check in were very friendly and helpful. Also, even though the weekend I stayed was almost sold out I never felt a crowd and it was really nice and quiet other than the ducks and geese which was actually fun to have around. The day after I got there I wore a dress I had hung in the closet. As soon as I left my room I noticed a smell on the dress. That smell ended up on every single item I had. When I got home, I had to wash all my clothes, my backpack, my make up bag EVERYTHING smelled awful. I had borrowed luggage and i tried my best to disinfect it but was so embarrassed it still stunk and after washing all my belongings in heavy duty settings . The smell was mildew, like when you forget clothes in the washer for days. Saddens me because I plan coming back and I WOULD HAVE stayed here again but this mildew thing is too much. Friendly staff, safe nice location.

Cleanliness!

The use of “resort” with this property is certainly a stretch. Popcorn ceilings, a hot plate on the counter, a shower with a handle that wobbled and a broken diverter. I could hear every conversation and footstep from the room upstairs. First and last stay here.

Overall the experience and property were not bad. My only issue is we saw roaches in our unit. But I soon realized that we were in a building that seemed to have units that were owner occupied. I would recommend pest control regularly that’s all

Nice space

The hotel room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Staff was very friendly! We got in late, security made sure we were able to get to our rooms. Absolutely loved the kid friendly pool options. Plenty to do even with smaller familes. Will definitely be back.
