Grand Palms Resort

Half the machines in the gym were broken, a tv had no remote so it couldn’t be used, a light was broken, the pool got closed twice during the time we were there. It will be our last trip at grand palms.

The property we stayed in was very well maintained, clean, and fully equipped. It made it very convenient to make breakfast in the room and keep plenty of food and beverages cold for our hot beach days. I will definetly seek this property again when in town and would recommend for any family visiting the area.

Great extended stay hotel. Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom suite.

The room also wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair throughout the room, including in the tub, as well as dog hair, which was especially concerning because I’m allergic to pet hair. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. The sofa was filthy, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the TV was outdated and difficult to enjoy. We also had a lot of noise from the room above us, with heavy stomping and children playing late into the night, which made it difficult to rest. I would be willing to give the resort another try because maybe we just had a bad room or experience this time. Hopefully, a future stay would be much better, but unfortunately, our first experience was very disappointing.

This was our 5th year staying at the Grand Palms. We love the quietness and hospitality each year. The amenities are wonderful and the location from our room to the pools is wonderful.

Our room was a nice surprise when we recieved an upgrade. It was a clean comfortable condo with several rentals or units in each bldg. we had a 1 bdrm. 1 bath with a kitchen and living room. Great price with parking included. There was a beautiful pool and lazy river, and a child splash pad. Guest services was excellent and very attentive. We checked out at 7am and there was someone available to take our door cards. No breakfast included but near grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, our room was ready earlier than expected so we were able to check in early and the property is located close to a lot of places. Great place to stay with a family. Only downside was that all the gym equipment was not working properly. There were 3 treadmills and only 1 worked. 2 bikes and only 1 worked. Other than that all was great and we’d definitely come back.

It is a Wyndham property, so be prepared for them to try to talk u into a presentation. But everyone was friendly, and it’s a beautiful property.

Assigned room was nothing like the pictures online

We arrived around 4pm for check in and it happened to be the busiest day of the yr. So we had to wait an hr for a room, but that was no problem because they gave us a pool pass and free snack while we waited. We only waited an hr and after that is was smooth sailing! The rooms were clean. The staff was so nice. It was conveniently located near shopping and activities. They had things to do for my 16yr old and also my 1yr old. My family loved their stay. I would definitely recommend this place! We already cant wait for next year!

The $39 a day resort fee was not revealed when we booked through Expedia. That came as a surprise and disappointment at checkout. The humidity in the room was uncomfortable. Everything felt damp.

We stayed in a one bedroom, on the 1st level. Amenities were great. All the pools and game rooms were enjoyable.In a good location. The only bad thing is on my last day, seen a German roach in the kitchen.

This was our 2nd year coming with the family of 4 ! Kids had their own room and we had had ours. It was perfect trip. Beach was only 10 min away. We drove. However they also provide shuttle. Love this place. We will be back.

Family friendly for sure! Our room was great - we especially appreciated the air conditioning during the sweltering hot weather. Pools are great and our kids loved the activities. Staff were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again for sure - perfect location to the beach!
