It was our 3rd year that we came back to here. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet.The hotel is very well located for restaurants. business, beach. We are planning to come back next year. The price is reasonable and the most we feel secure here.

I liked the location of the property. The room was orderly but it had a dehumidifier in it . It felt very damp and my clothes were always moist. I tried to move but the desk manager said they were all the same. I ended leaving my trip short because of these conditions. I talked to other people staying there and they had the same issue. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The room was clean and had what we needed in it. The lobby and hallway didn’t smell very clean though. I was disappointed when I realized there was no elevator, that should be posted on the website. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Staff was kind and helpful when needed.

The breakfast experience was also very disappointing. There was practically no food available, and the coffee was cold. These conditions were far below what I would reasonably expect from a hotel and significantly affected the quality of our stay.

Regarding the property, we arrived late and only noticed the issues the next morning. The room had mold growing on the ceiling, and there were broken outlets. There was also a dehumidifier in the room that was making a lot of noise. The shower head was too low, making it difficult to get under. To add to the inconvenience, there was a shower gel bottle on the wall across from the shower, which was out of reach. I can’t help but wonder if the hotel has been through a hurricane and is trying to stay open with minimal repairs. In any case, the health department should investigate this property to ensure the safety of its guests. This review focuses solely on the building itself. The staff, in general, was pleasant and made an effort to maintain the premises.

Good place to spend a good night sleeping, comfortable beds in spacious room. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it was pretty basic.

When staying at any hotel I always check the room,beds,etc..Looking on the bed I immediately noticed a long hair on the pillowcase and a big,very noticeable black stain. You could clearly tell they hadn’t been changed…The toilet looked as if someone peeled a layer off the top and the floor had a few spots that were discolored..The light in the ceiling was missing part of the fixture and there was no lightbulb was present…The only bright spot was the lady who checked us in..She came to the room so I could show her the dirty pillowcases and she took pictures and assured us she would pass the information to the housekeeping manager…

Very nice staff that let us in a room early because one of us wasn't feeling well. Very much appreciated.

The man at the front desk was amazing. He help me more than once with my grand babies needs. I can't say how grateful I was

I had a handicap room and it should had some chairs for my parents to sit in instead having to sit on the bed all the time. No table to sit at to eat in the room at. Gravy was cold. Not enough food put out for all the people that were staying there.

To get rid of the poison oak and poison ivy around the place

Enjoyed our stay at The hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy parking!! The hotel not issue was that the USB/plug in charging stations did not work! We could only use 1 USB port in the whole room.

Great stay

Parking lot was a bit untidy. Hallway smelled of marijuana but room fortunately did not.
