The room was clean and fresh. The outside temperature was high and only felt in the elevators.

They have made some upgrades to the bathroom vanity and mirror but otherwise this hotel is tired looking! Needs more updating.

It's location was a plus for us. Housekeeping was apologetic and rectified our problems quickly. Shampoo was empty, blow drier in roon was broken. No decaf coffee. The morning desk staff seemed annoyed by these issues. TV was very small.

Good sized, clean room. Did not try breakfast. Small but useful gym. Pool was on the small side. Nothing else.

Custodial staff used common area as lounge and could be quite loud. Cannot be used for business calls on a headset. Rooms were reasonably quiet with acceptable interiors.

Comfortable bed, large room, comfy lounge chair and fresh ground coffee in the main lobby. No decaf option at breakfast,( nor decaf replacement in room) no gluten free options except for dry eggs and no yogurt. Housekeeping picked up used towels at 10:30am and did not replace them until 4:30pm, when they came to clean the room( which would have been okay if I were told it was going to be that late and would have kept 1 towel in the room to dry my hands instead of using napkins I brought from home). Checking out, the girl at the desk couldn't find my name and said they had a different person in the room and after repeatedly stating I was there, she finally found me in the system.

Normally, Holiday Inn express is quite good and on the outside this looks like a brand new one however it’s bare bones closer to a motel three. This place needs a complete refresh and needs to improve the policies and just having coffee refrigerated cream. Some of the basics doesn’t cost much to do it, right. For the amount they charge it’s just not worth it currently.

The people in the room next to us were playing their television EXTREMELY loud until well past midnight both night. A call to the front desk both night got us no satisfaction.
