They gave us a room with someone else sleeping in it we seen someone half naked and even worst we could have got shot.

Maintained. It has a terrible smell and it’s very rundown. The staff at the front desk were top tier. The property needs some major upgrades.

There was a family reunion going on, and the people were very loud (letting doors slam, talking too loud, dogs barking) but other than that it was a good visit. Breakfast was awesome!

The real issue was the elevator. Every ride felt like a gamble—it creaked, shook, and the doors that separated from themselves had us wondering if we'd actually make it to our floor. We were staying on the top floor with luggage, so taking the stairs wasn't exactly an option. It definitely added an unexpected adrenaline rush to the trip! If the elevator gets some much-needed attention, this would be a much easier place to recommend.

The room wasn't very clean and didn't smell very fresh. There were bugs crawling on the hallway floors and spiders on the wall in our room. Adding to that, people that stayed across the hall were out in the hallway making noise all night drinking alcohol while small kids ran around slamming their door. Anytime the room doors are opened and released, they are slammed. You have to hold the door and ensure it does not slam. Just a very unpleasant stay. Nobody at the desk for us to check out. I know you can just drop off the room key but we didn't even have a chance to provide feedback.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the hallways( it was pretty stuffy) The air in the room was good though. The pool had a film on it that had weird bubbles that didn’t pop. Missing card reader boxes left wires hanging on the wall. It could definitely use some Kc. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

Very Clean Space & Nice Pool

When we first arrived at the room, there was feces on the bathroom wall. It was reported to front desk, who immediately moved us to another clean room. They also gave us free breakfast vouchers, but these were not used due to our daily schedule. We have been staying at this hotel for several years due to us using an equine facility near by. We enjoy the hotel staff, the amenities, and the bar. However, our past couple of stays the hotel has been looking more run down and not as maintained. On the positive, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. My only negative is the slow running down of the hotel rooms. I would continue to stay there, but if it continues in this direction, I will be looking for other accommodations.

This hotel seems to be in the middle of a face lift. The lobby is quite spacious and looks to have received some recent upgrades, but the whole building was very humid and smelled very musty / old. Our room was quite humid at first as well and was 74 even though it was set at 68. It did end up dropping down to 70, but still felt sticky. The elevator was super slow and stopped at every floor even if you only selected one, and the TV in the room was smaller than my computer monitor at work. Conditions weren’t bad, but for the price I would’ve expected higher quality.

A very average stay. It’s an older building decorated in drab grays. Only one of two elevators was functional. With our late arrival, I did not appreciate the 6 semi trucks parked around the hotel that took up several spaces. They did accept cash for snacks. The beds seemed clean with ample pillows.

Room was clean, slightly dated with some needed work on painting, new refrigerator and microwave that actually fits in it's designated spot. House keepers was extremely loud in the hallways with music blaring and singing, so much for sleeping in. For the price of the rooms, breakfast should be included.
-
Very nice hotel. Rooms, lobby area, and overall vibe.

Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and courteous. A little shabby. The wall paper and molding in room need attention. The pool was unappealing. The elevator wasn’t working well. The one laundry facility seemed wonky, I skipped using it as there was someone else trying to use the one machine. My coffee machine wasn’t working.

I have only one complaint and that is regarding parking. I had to leave for a meeting after checking in, and did not return until late that night. There were several large construction vehicles and trailers parked in the front parking areas, which took up multiple spaces at once. I’m a woman who was traveling alone, so I did not feel safe parking around the back of the building. When I went inside I discussed this with the night staff at the front desk. The gentleman, Omar, was very understanding about my concerns and agreed that the larger vehicles and trailers should have been parked around the back and he conveyed that should have been communicated with them before checking in. He was very respectful and offered that if I needed to move my vehicle for any reason that he would walk me out. I truly appreciated this gesture.
