Nothing really Dirty, plugs coming out the wall had to be upgraded cause there was pills and stuff in room

My room was leaking from the AC and the ceiling in the bathroom. There was a hairball on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I also found a beetle in my bathroom and there was a cricket chirping in my room, I was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was very janky and scary. It took them almost 24 hours to get me a new room.

Excellent place to stay it’s clean spacious and staff is wonderful.

Had to ask for a new room. The first ine smelled like mildew extremely bad. Second room smelled much better. Had an infestation of baby crickets. Only 1 elevator working and ither felt like it would break any minute. Seemed like it would be nice but definitely on the older side and not the cleanest. Dehumidifiers were everywhere.

I love the Dove hand soaps. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were great at check in and check out. Parking was good

Location Run down , dirty , dead flies on window sills not clean at all

Did not have hot water the evening I arrived nor the morning when I departed. Spoke to staff about it and the did not offer a new room or solution. I was too tired and aggravated to go back and forth. Was told I had to dispute with booking agent(Expedia) for resolution.

There was a birthday party going on in the ballroom while we were eating, so it was extremely loud in the bar area, which made dinner a little less relaxing. My only other complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. Other than those couple of things, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

I was quoted the price for the stay to be $541.00 which was supposed to include taxes and fees but my account was charged $616.00 with no explanation. I was not given an invoice when I checked out.

They gave us a room with someone else sleeping in it we seen someone half naked and even worst we could have got shot.

Maintained. It has a terrible smell and it’s very rundown. The staff at the front desk were top tier. The property needs some major upgrades.

There was a family reunion going on, and the people were very loud (letting doors slam, talking too loud, dogs barking) but other than that it was a good visit. Breakfast was awesome!
