Great place to stay

All the staff were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. The drivers of the shuttle bus to and from airport were excellent.

The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back. The 2nd room was horrible, it smelled like a chain-smoker lived there for 5 years. So we requested a different room and ahe was able to switch us over so that we are next to each other. Still not single smile or acknowledgement. I think that was the weirdest part of our stay. The pool was nice but small and super hot. Must have been set to 90 degrees. You didn't feel any change in temperature when you went in. The kids only stayed for a bit because they got hot and wanted out. Breakfast was ok. No meat selection just bread, cereal, eggs, omelets. Overall good place just needs some TLC and some friendlier staff.

It was a nice looking building and looked well kept, but when I got to my room, it reeked of mildew although none was visible. It was pretty overpowering. The bed was comfortable, with a nice selection of pillows, and the A/C and shower worked well. The lady at the counter when I checked in was not very helpful. When I walked up, she was typing something into the computer from a sticky note. She asked me to hold on for a minute, which was fine, but then she continued to type for another 5 minutes. Later, when I came back to make a purchase from the little snack store, same thing. I’m a pretty patient person, but I felt this was an unreasonable wait, especially twice in a row. The airport shuttle service was great and is apparently available 24/7.
