It’s no longer a hotel, it’s a refugee camp which I didn’t know and I had to find another hotel room last minute and pay double

No So dirty and bad service
-
The hotel building sits behind an apartment complex. The hotel is not visible from the road, and can only be accessed through the apartment complex's secured gate. People smoked next to the hotel entrances and the smoke carried on to the halls and into rooms. There was no toilet paper holder for the toilet paper, so the roll sat behind, on top of the toilet tank; There weren't sufficient towels, and the exhaust fan did not work. The controls for the HVAC did not function, and one control knob was missing, so the heat could not be turned on -only the ac worked. The carpets were filthy; the chairs had cigarette burns; the breakfast area was filthy, and the food selection was non-existent; the attendant told us that they did not have napkins because management do not purchase them. The landscaping is not maintained.

I didn't like anything about it Got a room that had not been cleaned and had a gun pulled on us.

The staff was excellent and everything was very clean. The facilities are falling apart. It's in a horrible location. Breakfast consisted of waffles and yogurt. Very odd procedures for checking in. It is clear this hotel is struggling.
-
the breakfast options were good. I also enjoyed the staff at the front desk cause she was very helpful. the first room we received smelled like smoke. the door to the room was broken, so it felt unsafe. also the lineup at the front desk was totally understaffed. we had to wait over an hour to check in, and the lady that was working was new so i felt bad for her.

nothing went well at that place at all Well when the staff are telling you not to go out after dark without a gun , the room next door had been broken into , the door to the room was broken off the hinges, and it was in the back of a very sketchy apartment complex in the worst part of town, i could see why you would need a gun and that is because of the rabble you had living in the apartments and the breakfast was not even close to what was advertised

room was nice breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful

It was cheap and offered free breakfast. It was dirty, my room wasn’t cleaned well, I checked in late and I was too tired to complain. The man at the check in desk was obviously in a bad mood and not very friendly. It was intense… like being booked into jail not like getting checked into a hotel room. The morning staff was all very friendly though. The location is awful and it’s gated and it’s hard to get in and out. The gate isn’t even to the hotel. It’s to apartments in front of the hotel. Just awful. So you have to ring the bell till someone is able to answer, someone who doesn’t even work at the hotel and they weren’t even always available… frustrating.

Nothing Couldn't figure out how to get and out due to fences that were locked all the way around. Staff was very rude during the day and the night staff was even ruder. Took an hour to check in because rooms were not clean but still being sold. I stayed one night and left. Wasn't gonna spend my vacation being treated the way we were. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

They canceled our stay when our flight was late and charged for the stay. We spent the first day of our trip looking for a new room. I want a refund. When I asked for a room since they charged me they said they were booked. They double dipped and got paid for our room twice. I will be calling the BBB since I am not getting a response

Nothing Location left a lot to be desired. Needs a complete refresh.

Room was good, very big and overall clean. Some damage but overall was fine. Location was fine if you're wanting to go into Seattle for a day, or even visit Mount Rainer for a day but not pay the higher prices. I walked into the hotel and nobody was at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. The first room I went into had a horrible smell and damage all over the bathroom, so I had to request a change. Second room was fine. The area around the hotel in isn't the best, and it's behind an apartment complex, which made getting in at night a little weird because the gate is closed. The price for Saturday-Sunday night was outrageous and not worth that price.
-
Room was okay, pretty spacious. First room had horrible smell and lots of damage, so I had to ask for a change. When I came to check in at 7pm, nobody was at the front desk and I had to sit there and wait for over 20 mins. The price for the weekend was far too high for what you get.

Location was good There were not breakfast options that day. And for half of our stay, there wasn’t any Internet. It was very difficult to get to our hotel as front desk would not always answer to open the gate.
-
Breakfast was not much and ran out of everything No decaf coffee, no juice, no hot water to make a tea , just milk.. Waffle batter was empty, and also there was no fruit either . They had eggs and bacon but again it was empty. So basically, we didn't eat

Room smelled like cigarettes. Tried 3 total rooms the first two were unbearable. I finally settled in the third which was still smokey but better than the first two.

The staff was very kind and helped me change rooms twice The first room was filthy and had big holes in the walls, a broken window, and torn curtains. They offered a second room and I didn't even get to look inside because the doorframe was broken off and the door wouldn't latch. It also smelled heavily of smoke. The third room was very old, the door was repaired from another broken jam. The repair was done with plaster and a janky piece of moulding. The door locked and it was at least clean. The outside window pane was shattered and the carpet was sketchy.
