It felt safer once you got into the room It was the most dangerous place I've been to. I was actually scared the entire time I was outside. There should honestly be a warning label on this hotel location.

Staff was unprofessional; room didn¿t have garbage bins, and pillows smelt like pee.

Location Broken light hanging down. Phone and television not working. No shampoo or soap or even toliet paper in room. Smoke detector hanging down and beeping all night.

There was no room available for me after I had been charged the booking fee so I will not rate the experience. I am still waiting for my refund. There was no room available after I had been charged the booking fee. I had to get a room at another hotel locally.

Literally nothing. I can say nothing nice or kind regarding this business Even an hour after check-in they still didn¿t have a room for us, they were incredibly rude to us and other guests who had been waiting 1.5 hours when we got there! The hotel was sketchy enough that it looked like it was managed by a drug lord ad well

Nothing no one ever answered the door or phone at check in so o had to sleep in my car.. there were drug addicted people everywhere outside I did not feel safe at all

Nothing nasty scary police was there every day

Room was very clean,beds had clean bedding and nice white sheets with Xtra fluffy pillows,very comfortable, clean bathroom, it was above what I was expecting.Aaawa

If I could give this place a lower score I would, look on Google maps for detailed review of this drug infested, disgusting hotel.

Nothing. The location, noise at night, the door lock was broken/not replaced, the residents, the cost of the room, the security deposit. The staff needed much work in being more hospitable and welcoming. Too expensive room rate for the location and poor staff reception.

It was a place to sleep for a night and the tv worked. The tons of drug activity go on around the whole property.

The Standard King room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a working refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and there was hot water. Room was not carpeted but that was better than dirty carpet. There was a flat screen TV but the batteries in the remote were missing. Office was closed so checked in at the Quality Inn next door. Breakfast NOT included. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Room not carpeted but that was better than dirty carpet. TV remote batteries were missing. There was no telephone. The heater face cover was broken and hanging loose. The sink had a long crack. The lighting cover above the sink was broken and the light wasn't working. There were no hangers or iron or ironing board. Location is next to a casino. People standing outside our room talking about rapists when we entered the room.

I just found out that they overcharge me. Could have been upfront in letting me know that their making additional charge into my account

Very confusing layout. Had to check-in at neighbor motel. Hard to find. Said they take pets when they don’t. I had a small dog with me. They finally allowed her to stay. They then charge a $100 CASH (as in greenbacks) damage deposit on the room — not for the dog — but just for staying there! Room had maintenance issues. Paint roller and pan left in room. Apparently it was not supposed to be rented out, but it’s the only room available for a pet.

When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking. They didn’t have a clean room for us so they “upgraded” us. However the room they gave us had been broken into and used. The room was dirty, used cigarettes laying in the room, used towels on the floor, bed had obviously been used and wasn’t made. When we went to tell the front desk they didn’t have any clean linens to give us. It took them four days to get us clean sheets and towels. We had to clean up the cigarettes and trash ourselves. We stayed for seven days and ever single day we had to go get a new key card because for some reason the key card would stop working, every single day. When we went to check out they almost didn’t want to give me the deposit back because I didn’t have my receipt however when I pushed the issue they were easily able to look in the book and see I had paid the $100 deposit that you’re required to pay to stay there. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel.
