This is not up to Raddison standards. It’s pretty rundown Hotel, even though the rooms were nice. They give you set of earplugs with your remote control.

Only one night stand so inconvenient for person on other side of bed Conditioner bottle in shower contained shampoo- quite a surprise after using the shampoo from the correct bottle No luggage racks in room Need more hooks in bathroom- lots of empty space behind the door to install them. Hanging closet is crowded due to chest and safe stored in there.

Ease of check in/out was nice. Staff was helpful. Our bathroom smelled like the person before us smoked heavily in the bathroom. Every time we turned on the bathroom fan it was very potent of cigarette smoke.

They have some great food and a good bar for late nights. You can get some food from them instead of having to leave

The staff were terrible and to check in was terrible they refused to check me in after I paid online because I had a cashapp card which they slowed me to use online to pay for the stay but not to use it for incidentals when I got there

Everything was fine stay was good only thing I could complain about is the 50$ deposit I checked in Sunday checked out Monday and it’s already Thursday and I have not received my deposit back and usually I get deposits back within a day or two on other hotels I’ve stayed like I said great hotel just this is the only thing I’m complaining about
