Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma

This was a very nice place to go to…close to everything. People were very nice & the room was very open.

My room was not ready at check-in time. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was good.

The environment is very clean and offers numerous amenities inside the room. Overall, it was very comfortable.

The breakfast here is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The night manager, Amber, was extremely kind and accommodating for our needs.

The room was clean and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and had things stocked for breakfast timely with a good variety. Our toilet did clog and they responded quickly.

Conveniently located for getting to the Tacoma Dome. Room was fine but we could hear the people next door not a huge problem. There was a pube on the shower wall and no conditioner in the provided pumps. Other than that it was fine.

The place looked clean but the room had a funky smell. The pool and the hot tub were questionable.

Parkimg can be a problem at this property when busy

The hotel was great but the other guest were loud and it became so annoying. It was so bad I had to call the front desk, which is something I rarely do. In the evening several people on my floor were yelling well after the quiet hour. Additionally, the guests above me started running and stomping on the floor at 5:00 am.

The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did not provide the service . The response I received…. You must have had the do not disturb sign… not true as we’re gone from the room for the day not later than 8:00 am each day. Again, with us usually experiencing a positive stay at a Hilton property…. The staff amenities at this property could use some TLC… in particular the pool and hot tub… a paint refresh of the pool and hot tub is very much needed and at the same time maybe the hot tub jets could be looked at as there was no water pressure from the jets. Notable mention, maybe replace the old banquet chair from a meeting room the was in room# 326 with a proper steno chair. The hotel may also want to consider adding personal security safe’s to each room? When I inquired if the room had safe… as I thought maybe I could not find the safe in the room ……the response I received… we don’t get requests for a safe place to secure personal items?? Hilton corporation you can do better… much better.

Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was great and so was pool and hot tub. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in town.

Our check-in was easy. Room was clean and I loved the amenities.

The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone.
