Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma

The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did not provide the service . The response I received…. You must have had the do not disturb sign… not true as we’re gone from the room for the day not later than 8:00 am each day. Again, with us usually experiencing a positive stay at a Hilton property…. The staff amenities at this property could use some TLC… in particular the pool and hot tub… a paint refresh of the pool and hot tub is very much needed and at the same time maybe the hot tub jets could be looked at as there was no water pressure from the jets. Notable mention, maybe replace the old banquet chair from a meeting room the was in room# 326 with a proper steno chair. The hotel may also want to consider adding personal security safe’s to each room? When I inquired if the room had safe… as I thought maybe I could not find the safe in the room ……the response I received… we don’t get requests for a safe place to secure personal items?? Hilton corporation you can do better… much better.

Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was great and so was pool and hot tub. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in town.

Our check-in was easy. Room was clean and I loved the amenities.

The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone.

Well maintained hotel

The room and property were very clean and the breakfast was great! Oatmeal made from scratch, eggs, sausage, potatoes and two kinds of waffle batter (vanilla and berry) and an assortment of pastries. Our pup was allowed for a $75 fee but there was no place dedicated to take her to use the bathroom so we ended up just walking the parking lot with her. The bathroom in the room was uncomfortably small and the fridge and freezer in the room was so small it hardly fit anything but overall our experience here was great and we’d happily stay here again!

Everything was comfy and really good. They were very communicated also. The pillows were to soft.

The staff trys as best they can. y big issue is small but its the principal. I bought a candy bar marked clearly 4.00. Yes is high but you want it you pay it. I went to -ay cash and was told they dont take cash. Weird. OK, they charged my card. After check out got the receipt emailed to me and was charged $6.00 for a candy car?

'didn't like'- thought it was a nice gesture to get a king suite until we found out it was directly over pool with very noisy kids right up to 9:45 pm!!

We have stayed here before and really liked it the first time. We wanted to try and see if this time we would receive the same experience, and we surely did. The property was close to everything we needed to get to. It was clean and the staff were really friendly. N/A
