Clean hotel, average breakfast, pool is just a checkbox.

It was quiet!

For the price it was great! Driving distance from everything was good and the hotel itself was clean and cozy.

I only had an issue with the shower area. It’s not wide enough and I kept touching the glass the side every time I turn around.

The staff was amazing and clean throughout the whole hotel. Make sure to being your own toiletries. The ones they provide do not even work for a single use. Also no hair dryer.

The lobby was immaculate. The rooms modern and well appointed. The staff checking us in were so personable and friendly. Everything was a bit nicer than the other Best western in Tacoma we stayed at earlier in the week. Could not find the safe in the room. Other than that nothing to dislike.

The only thing about the stay that wasn’t a 5 star was the breakfast. They were out of many items with over 30 minutes left.

Our stay here was good from checking in to checking out…I would’ve gave 5 star but they charged me for stained towels we have a 1 year old in the room who spilled orange juice on the sheet so we cleaned it up…not sure what the protocol is for cleaning up spills is there another rag to use? Do these towels not get washed? It was a towel we used and the sheet that was stained and took my deposit of 100$ I get it if we broke something or even took something but a stained towel? Other than that hotel is upgraded staff is so welcoming, the area is sketchy but overall the stay was good even the breakfast was on point too! Will I stay here again? Probably no
