Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel

This place was very good for cleanliness, staff, parking and even the breakfast was decent. So, yeah … yay. I’d definitely stay again.

The pool was nice. Very clean and kept up. The entire place was very clean and maintained well. Breakfast was good. The tile floor of the pool area is very UNSAFE. So slippery! To me, it seems like someone is mopping it with a solution that remains on the tiles. Add a little water from getting out of the pool and you have a dangerously slick floor with a high possibility of someone falling. Which I did. Gratefully I have enough padding and landed on it so I was not injured in any way. But it could have been a lot worse. My daughter had to slide a big lounger over to me so I could get back up. Then she got my Crocs for me, which enabled me to get to the chairs and out of the pool area without falling again. Without her being there I would have been on the floor waiting for someone to notice my predicament. Thank goodness for her and my shoes!

Clean and great breakfast

We were absolutely pleased with this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was modern & clean, the staff were helpful. The only negative was the area of city we were in was a bit sketchy, that said, the staff took security very serious.

Good clean rooms. Area is rough. Building wasn’t built well, noisy, shower doors didn’t close. Nice staff.

Convenient location. Some road noise but not terrible. The hotel overall was a good value.

PROPERTY WAS CONVENIENT TO THE TACOMA LOCATION. PROPERTY IS CLEAN. ROOM WAS CLEAN, EXCEPT FOR THE DOOR WHICH WAS BROKEN. ADDRESSED IT WITH THE EVENING FRONT DESK BUT WAS NEVER FIXED. BREAKFAST WAS OK. NO ATTTENDANT TO CLEAN LIKE OTHER HOTELS. MORNING FRONT DESK WAS HELPFUL.

However the refrigerator made Loud banging noises randomly throughout the night. Other than that it was perfect

Clean, friendly and easy to check in and out.

Well kept property was clean and quiet. Great amenities and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Our family enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is newer, will maintained, the room is spacious and quite, and breakfast is fresh and reasonably adequate. Overall a pleasant hotel, and will stay again if come to this area again.
