Scary, Filthy, should have just slept at the airport.

This place is a budget-friendly place to sleep, especially if needing a weekly or longer-term stay. The building and individual rooms are notably worn including obvious damage to furniture, scraped up walls, rusty fixtures and the like. But the rooms are accommodating and a great price for an efficiency-style setting where you have access to a kitchen and laundry facilities. Final note - I was surprised there were no toiletries provided. No soap at the sink nor any shampoo in the shower. This may be atypical but it was our experience.

The hotel is below any imagination of a bad Hotel. We left the Hotel and did not stay in such filthy conditions. I tried to cancel the room but your system didn't let me. I require the money back.

I would never go back it's nasty it smelled really bad it felt dirty the customer service was horrible. I booked 2 beds got charged for 2 beds and ended up with one bed just horrible experience wouldn't recommend this extended stay to anyone.

I didnt receive no breakfast. The room service and i dont like they policy bout u got to pay for rags, towels, tissue and plates. The customers that aren't living on the property shouldnt have to pay for rags, towels and etc. Then i got wett in the rain taking my trash out because housekeepers dont take trash out then what do the housekeepers do?

The front desk closes so if you are traveling and need a late check-in, you have to use the hallway phone and wait for someone to answer and then come roll the door up at the front counter. I made the reservation on the road along the way thru Expedia, but the night attendant didn't act like she wanted to help me because it was so late (1:00 AM). Finally get keys to the room and the floor felt dirty and we killed 4 roaches! The air conditioner isn't very cool either. While the room did serve its purpose...(a place to lay our head for a few hours before getting back on the road), I would not stay here again.

Nothing worked

The plumbing was horrible. The bathroom faucet and shower faucet and the toilet ran all night long. I got no sleep, the staff was no on duty like advertised. By the time staff would be in at 9am the next morning I had already left.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Floor was sticky and dirty. Night staff was rude. No,staff in the morning to checkout.
