Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major disappointment. While the room was large, it was noticeably dirty and did not feel well maintained. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that we didn’t even feel comfortable letting our children crawl on the floor. It really took away from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

not clean… don’t go

It had a clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great location, and I like that it is pet-friendly, except the bed was too tall for my little dog to sit with me.

I’m not going to lie I was a bit disappointed. For starters our room was a bit dirty on arrival. My children found a stick, leftover toys, & snack crackers in the couch when we got there. Next our room was not supplied with an extra roll of toilet paper & I had to go downstairs to get more. Finally the breakfast Buffett ran out of juice. Also only one elevator was working.

A little old

This place was exceptional. The only flaw I noticed was the bathroom door wouldn't latch unless you put some weight on the handle and there was everything for coffee except coffee so bring grounds with you!

Everything was top tier!!!!! The housekeeper left me a note saying happy birthday to me!!!

Nice staff, clean room and really nice place for pets

Room could use a better cleaning. Dishes were left in the dishwasher dirty from previous person. Microwave was not cleaned. Stove top was not cleaned. Dishes that they allow you to use were dirty. Bugs in the windowsills. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good.

Easy access to the interstate, gas station with car charging stations, food, and it’s pet friendly. It also has great freshly ground coffee.

I have stayed in many hotels across the USA. This was the best. It hit every mark you would need. The lobby , clean inviting. The front desk, Holly was awesome. Friendly and did her job well. The room, clean bed comfortable and room was a suite equipped small kitchen, fridge etc. Not to ,ention the location was awesome, right off Interstate 10. Great convenience when traveling. A BIG plus was the beautiful patio out side for barbecuing, . Well maintained hotel down to the grounds around it. A DOG walk on the beautiful lake equipped with bags ..and a sidewalk to walk the dogs instead of poopy grass. All in all this deserves the hightrating because to top it off the wonderful breakfast was amazing and very clean. Good Job and cudos to a great place to stay!

I loved this place! Very clean and quiet and the staff was great across the board.

Absolutely LOVE! The staff was amazing. The entire property was beautiful and peaceful. HIGHLY recommend. Also recommend the Automobile Museum. Took my 11y/o son and we both enjoyed it. Its more than just vehicles.

Great views and decent food Hair on the bed and in the shower, shower was broken and shower head was not working right. Grass or something was in the other bed like someone else had their shoes on and went on the bed after mowing which was strange.

The staff was great. Special thanks to Makeda, Pearl and Anthony at the front desk. Tiffany provided a great breakfast for us every morning, the kitchen and dining area so clean and well stocked. Mike did a great job hosting the reception on Wednesday evening. The lake is beautiful and the surrounding areas are well maintained. We will definitely return. We stayed almost one week and have no complaints.
