I originally was placed in 3rd floor down 2 long hallways but for some reason it was warmer in the hallways and it took longer for room to cool so I had a very kind lady work on finding me a cooler room closer to everything.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff, great breakfast

This hotel needs a little loving care. It's age is beginning to show.

Nunca antes no habíamos quedado en este tipo de hotel y la experiencia fue buena, habitacion amplia camas cómodas solo nos faltaron tohallas pero la muchacha de resección fue muy amable y nos dio más el desayuno incluido en general todo estuvo bien volvería sin problemas

The check in was very good and informative with things going on around the city,the staff was funny and nice would love to stay again

Nice room, friendly staff

The room was a great size and great location. It was lacking hand soap, conditioner, and the USB plugs did not work. The staff was very nice.

The room was spacious

This place is gorgeous. We had great staff. I didn’t use the pool and I couldn’t enjoy the deck because it was closed.

Room felt very clean with tile floors. Appreciated the micro kitchen and layout of the studio room. Great location and good breakfast. Recommend!

The breakfast was good, the poolside etc was good. The room was awful!!! Food and dog hair was in the chair and under the pillows. The fridge was dirty, there was hair items left in the drawer in the bathroom. 😒 The front desk clerk sent 2 employees to clean. The oversized chair was so Nasty I requested that it be removed.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major disappointment. While the room was large, it was noticeably dirty and did not feel well maintained. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that we didn’t even feel comfortable letting our children crawl on the floor. It really took away from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

It had a clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great location, and I like that it is pet-friendly, except the bed was too tall for my little dog to sit with me.

I’m not going to lie I was a bit disappointed. For starters our room was a bit dirty on arrival. My children found a stick, leftover toys, & snack crackers in the couch when we got there. Next our room was not supplied with an extra roll of toilet paper & I had to go downstairs to get more. Finally the breakfast Buffett ran out of juice. Also only one elevator was working.

A little old

This place was exceptional. The only flaw I noticed was the bathroom door wouldn't latch unless you put some weight on the handle and there was everything for coffee except coffee so bring grounds with you!
