Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites New Tampa I-75 by IHG

Great location. Close to the highway and near to food and shopping.

Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. I like where the hotel is located, off the main road. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It’s about 15 minutes to James A Haley VA Hospital, straight shot off Bruce B Downs. Breakfast is complimentary, something quick to grab. They offer a variety of ice cream at night which is different and liked. The rooms are clean. The only complaint is the a/c can be loud at random times. It sounds like construction is going on like one guest mentioned and it is not the elevator. I did not go to the pool or the gym so I can’t say anything about it. However overall I would recommend this hotel and would come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everyone was nice and helpful. Clean, Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the crispy sausages and omelets. The ice cream on the weekend was a plus. Great service and friendly employees.

It was an amazing experience I will definitely be back for my next visit to Tampa!

Our shirt stay was very nice. We had free icecream from 8p to 10p breakfast was offered 6 to 10 we didn't get up early enough for that so we missed it. The staff was nice the hotel was quiet it was nice.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Immediate response when called. Place was clean. Pool was clean. Will stay again when visiting Florida.

Breakfast had a nice variety of food options and we had the manager walking around welcoming people. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The beds were a bit firm and pillows too soft. But out of 3 hotel we had stayed in, this was the best.

Staff was amazing. Hotel dated what bothered me the most was bathroom door was either dirty or needed to be painted. Did not feel safe in area late at night.

Location was convenient for our travel needs, and very close to several places to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or get other necessities, and a 10min drive to The Shops at Wiregrass. Room was not cleaned daily. We did not signal or ask the hotel to skip the room cleaning in any way. The bathroom was dirty - there were very visible unclean areas. When asking for fresh towels at the front desk, the front desk person appeared annoyed with the request. They use Oreck vacuumes which are very loud - the house cleaning service woke us up vacuuming the room next door and they were banging the base boards carelessly as they vacuumed. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken one day and needed maintenance on another day. They ran out of the disposable coffee cups as well. Room was smaller than expected and AC unit noisier than most similar hotels.

It was a perfect stay for the weekend
