Very clean and spacious rooms

Hotel looked dated. Breakfast was poor quality, generally ... scrambled eggs were ok. Room smelt musty (like a wet dog). Shower was tepid at best, with very weak water pressure. A hand held shower attachment would be more "user friendly" I would be disinclined to stay at this facility again. I am a patient of Moffitt and I stated that on arrival. I will be requiring regular hotel stays, but I will be trying other area hotels for my next stays

Great experience!

We stayed here this Saturday during our trip to Tampa and loved it. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Front desk service was flawless and professional throughout our stay, and having a good American breakfast included made it even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here in preparation to leave for our cruise the next day. Wonderful room and hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable!!!

Buffet Breakfast had a good layout, pool felt great, love the wooded area around if. Nice area near food and shopping.

That said, while everything met our expectations, nothing really stood out as exceptional\. The breakfast was decent, and the amenities were good, but the overall experience felt solid rather than memorable\. I would stay here again if I needed a convenient and reliable hotel, but I wouldn’t consider it outstanding\. Overall: **4 out of 5 stars\.

Terrible experience avoid property at all cost and don't go there. They did not clean up our room during our whole 3 night stay. We arrived at 11pm after a while family day out and asked for clean towels (since they did not clean our room) and the rude front lady told us they where out of clean towels and we should have go and ask for them earlier. I ask her if she could go and getus some from an unoccupied room she said no she was not going to. I asked why they did not clean our room and she said they where understaffed. Bathroom door also did not slide well I needed to go and close the door by myself since my teen daughters where unable to move it, and when arrived to the room the desk was full of nails and screws like maintenance left them there and did not pick up. Restaurant staff was also rude and not helpful. Breakfas was bellow average. But invoice arrived and charged us like we got full service but one of the worse experiences can't believe they carry the Marriott brand. They need to get a manager that know what he is doing there. Avoid at all cost!

Not so great bits: 1) My AC unit wasn’t working. I dialled 0 and the lady said she didn’t know what to do, then hung up :) Admittedly, it was past midnight. The issue did get fixed when I called the next day though. 2) There was no electronic safe in my room (for keeping important documents). 3) Breakfast closes at 9am on weekdays, which some might find a bit early.

The breakfast was good. The place was a little old and outdated. Most of the staff was nice. It wasn’t quite up to standards for a Marriott property.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.
