We had a great stay! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was the perfect short stay for our trip. We were a little bummed their system was down for the bar and food so we had to order out but overall, the amenities were great.

Free airport shuttle, lovely outdoor pool area, bar, and amazing breakfast included. Did not feel like we were 7 minutes from the airport. Breakfast included fresh berries, melon, pineapple, yogurt, granola, pastries, whole fruit, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cereal, toast, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, chilled juices, even an oat milk option! Seriously amazing for a free buffet! Very clean and well maintained. Great value for money which turned a canceled flight into a bonus vacation day!

The facilities were excellent, as were the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness and tidiness of everything, and the view from my window. The reception staff treated both me and the Booking.com representative who contacted them to resolve an issue regarding my deposit in a very unprofessional manner. They demanded a $900 deposit for absolutely no reason and treated me inappropriately. I had to call Booking.com to reach an agreement, as there was no policy requiring such a deposit; in the end, I only paid $200. They never explained why they had asked for the higher amount they simply lowered the deposit out of the blue. I had to involve Booking.com to resolve the problem; they wasted my time and caused me a great deal of aggravation.

Loved the room, enjoyed the ammenities and great place for authors to sell their books. Wish I had a tub in the room, and coffee was available all day.

Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Nice laundry $3 per machine. Need more parking spots. Hardy breakfast. Only con is that a cleaning person opened my door while the “do not disturb” sign was hanging and 75 min before check out. Make sure your door is locked and safety latch is working.

However the receptionist this morning (8/7/2026) was cold. She could use a smile.
