Love this hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean and updated design. The entire hotel always had staff working on something, pool,landscaping,bar, vacuuming the halls . Location was great ! Something around every block. Immediate area is super quiet then within 5 minutes is a great mall , ten minutes a strip of restaurants, chains and local ones and 20-30 minutes to Busch gardens and other attractions. Great place to stay! Helpful friendly staff especially Anthony!

Hyatt House is an exceptional hotel, offering a wonderful ambiance, beautifully appointed rooms, and a delicious breakfast experience. To top it all off, Vickie at the front desk delivered outstanding service, she checked me in efficiently, was warm and welcoming, and truly went above and beyond.

I’m not much of a traveler. I don’t like flying. To find a place to rest, to keep my fears minimal, this was the perfect place. Easily accessible. Quiet enough for me too rest and the bonus. A respectable breakfast to help ease the spending on such a short notice.

It was nice to have walking space for the dogs. The food was good, friendly staff.

Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. Only con this time was the bed, its not terrible but it has seen its time, sunked in when I got in on my side, but overall ok as it didn't disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was delicious with good options, parking plentiful and wifi great.

Very attractive location. My reservation could have been fulfilled. They over booked me and sent me packing to another hotel. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Everything was good except for we had to leave to get food. I guess someone didn’t show up for work.

Great rooms with comfortable beds. The pool was great and warm. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Needs more furnitures around the pool No hangers in the room only 1 wardrobe

Room didn’t match reserved room type. Charged for the full date and overnight parking even though we ended up leaving for the night.

Only stayed one night but it was quiet and nice clean room.
