Our check in lady was amazing went to room but rug was soaked by ac called down she moved us right away hotel was very quiet which was perfect

No breakfast was served. worst situation was being trapped in the elevator for nearly 1/2 hour while the maintenance staff attempted to get the elevator door open. Finally they got it open so my wife and i could get out. Not a pleasant experience. Alan Jackon, Hilton Honors Member for many years...

I stayed here with my family this past weekend, it was way more than I expected! The staff was great and always helpful. The location was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean and the beds were so very comfortable!

Superb experience! Beds are comfortable, great linens. Check in process was seamless. Outdoor pool area was inviting and well care for throughout our time there. Terrific choice of items in the little market.

This was the third time we stood there and we saw dogs in the property but dogs by the restaurant and walking by the pool it not right let suppose someone is allergic to dogs and they put a couple there in that room . Don’t think I would stay there again very disappointed. And the young man at the front desk was a little rude at time.

The front desk and restaurant staff were top notch. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the airport was the best.

The pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a long week again very well maintained and clean… I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing experience and a very accommodating staff.

Upon check in the young man that helped me check in was extremely polite and quick. Once in my room after settling in I realized my tv was not working and went down stairs the same young man that promptly and once again politely requested someone from maintenance come look at the tv. The gentleman from maintenance was already there looking at the tv when I walked back to my room, mind you I went directly back. He was also extremely polite and quick about solving the problem, dead remote batteries 😁. I visit Tampa weekly and usually stay somewhere else but I believe I will be staying here for now on. I felt safe as a single traveler and the property is well care for and lighted.

Excellent all around

Proximity to airport was convenient. Drinks and meal at restaurant - The Coast - was very enjoyable! Excellent service at the bar.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a long stay as we just needed accommodation for one evening due to an early morning flight. Room was very nice, clean, staff wonderful. We did have dinner in on site restaurant. It was overly busy, but staff handled it well and food was enjoyable. Location was perfect for Tampa airport.

Servicio exelente, limpio buena ubicación serca del aereopuerto, lo malo no incluye el desayuno y para personas mayores de 65 años una habitación 1 o 2 piso lo mas ideal.

Room was not clean, especially around the toilet and shower. Restaurant food was moderate but significantly overpriced.
