Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore

We had a great stay. Everyone was fantastic.

It was nice and quiet

Staff was exceptional! Great locatio outside the airport. Great food in café and breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again after long flight into Tampa.

Staff was friendly, big room with 2 queens, and the restaurant was excellent!

Was a little disappointed. Tub did not drain for hours. Safe not work. Bathroom was dirty. No free breakfast. Have never left a negative review and generally like the HGI brand. Great location.

Great experience staff and physicians were amazing

We had to move when we got there as the room was very moldy smelling and the cleaning crew "fixed it" by walking in, spraying Febreeze at the air conditioner, and then walking out. Still smelled moldy so they moved us at our request. Otherwise the staff was great but one of the managers was very, very argumentative and nasty with her staff in front of guests. Really annoying and creepy. Breakfast was fine, and the staff at the dining area was nice. Second room was clean and beds were great, AC was wonderful. The pool was so messy and no one ever went out to clean it up. Lots of old people sitting around it with all the umbrellas down reading. Shrug. Not at all inviting and I didn't want to have to rearrange change and open umbrellas. Also, was on a cul-de-sac of office buildings, so not at all sheltered. Might stay again, but would have to see something having been done about those issues.

So incredibly happy and pleased with the staff with how helpful and kind they were with everything from checking in to housekeeping. I will be coming here for future trips!

Room was clean and spacious. We used the laundry room and one of the two washing machines was out of order and one of the dryers was out of order as well. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with directions. The a/c worked great and the water pressure was great as well. Very comfortable bed.

This property was located very close to the airport and provided shuttle service well into the late hours to accommodate late arrivals. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for a very short time but would highly recommend.

Friendly staff Lots of food options at the restaurant Took Uber to Ybor about 13 mins away. Enjoyed Tampa! Ahmed (manager) was awesome!!!

Our check in lady was amazing went to room but rug was soaked by ac called down she moved us right away hotel was very quiet which was perfect

No breakfast was served. worst situation was being trapped in the elevator for nearly 1/2 hour while the maintenance staff attempted to get the elevator door open. Finally they got it open so my wife and i could get out. Not a pleasant experience. Alan Jackon, Hilton Honors Member for many years...

I stayed here with my family this past weekend, it was way more than I expected! The staff was great and always helpful. The location was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again!
