My stay in Tampa, FL was amazing from when I walked in the door, I was greeted and first-rate customer service was provided. I was the only one traveling and they gave me a room on the ground floor. I felt safe and did not give second thoughts to explore the hotel amenities. The employees were very attentive and courteous. They offered breakfast with your stay and airport shuttle. Danny was very nice upon check in and Ashley was very humorous during the evening hours. The ladies upon check out were courteous and polite. The hotel is in a commercial area so there is access to restaurants and gas station for necessities.
