Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore

The rooms very spacious and clean. Hotel does not have an airport shuttle but they do arrange Lyft at no charge. Did not get to utilize the free breakfast

The staff was most helpful and and courteous. I really enjoyed the surroundings. The Landscape was so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful trees and a rooster. Love It

The air conditioning unit was very loud and it interrupted our sleep, for that reason I rated our overall stay poor and would not stay here again.

My stay was wonderful and the staff was courteous! When in the Tampa area again, this will be my go to spot!!

This is our 4 year staying at this hotel for anniversary, this place is amazing

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, had a separate seating area with a good size TV that allowed me to connect(cast) my streaming service. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Excellent location very close to the airport. Walking distance(5 minutes) to restaurants (Olive garden, Longhorn, Pei Wei Asian). I would recommend for a day or two stay.

The staff was kind and helpful. What I did not like was the limited menu from the kitchen. The breakfast was good ( I suggest adding turkey or chicken sausage to the menu, not everyone eat Pork).

Excellent staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of safe parking and closeness to the airport is a bonus. Note: the complimentary "airport shuttle" is actually not a typical minibus or van, but via Lyft or Uber.... very convenient, just call the front desk and they coordinate everything.

The shower took quite a bit of time to just get warm. DO NOT expect to get a hot shower as that is just NOT happening there! The grass area around the back parking lot truthfully needs to be cleaned up! There was quite a bit of litter out there! The food on the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this is nowhere near the level I’m accustomed to!

Staff were super kind and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. It’s really nice to be only 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Would recommend.
